Pisces Enterprises Pisces Enterprises is Australia’s and the world’s largest combined producer and wholesaler of Aquarium Plants, Live Food, Frozen Feeders and other quality products. Founded in 1970, Pisces Enterprises quickly became the market leader in the specialty area of live aquarium plants due to large investment in both human technical knowhow and in state of the art greenhouses, aquatic plant growing facilities, a tissue culture laboratory and an inhouse quarantine room, all climate controlled and staffed by leading experts. In the late 1980’s a need was identified for a reliable supplier and producer of live insects for the Zoos and wildlife sanctuaries. Research and development over the last three decades has resulted in our extensive facilities that provide year round supply of live food and frozen feeders. As the pioneers of the live aquarium plant and live food industries in Australia we are proud to be recognized as the best in the business. Every week we supply over 1,000 retail shops and zoos with our products. In 2008 Pisces Enterprises established a sister company, Pisces Natural Products (PNP). PNP

was tasked with the vision of becoming a world leader in the supply of unique natural décor from all corners of the world, offering never before seen woods, rocks and exclusive substrates. Pisces Natural Products has followed in the footsteps of its older sister, Pisces Enterprises and has grown to become the leading supplier of those products in Australia within a few short years. In 2010 Pisces Enterprises expanded further and founded Pisces Aquatics. Our vision to breed and grow tropical fish in Australia has now become a reality, with over 150 species of locally grown fish available all year round. Pisces Enterprises is more than a company. It is a family. From humble beginnings as a husband and wife family enterprise, Pisces Enterprises now employs over 100 full time staff and continues to be fully owned and operated by the Frazer family some 43 years after the first plant was grown and sold.

Hi-Tech Crickets™ Pisces Enterprises Hi-Tech Crickets™ are a result of over two years of research and development, including insect behaviour, tooling development for the injection moulding machines, and a replacement for the vermiculite grains. It is without doubt the world’s best live food container. Easy Open Lid. The simple to use, flip top lid allows fuss free dispensing of crickets. It is also easier to add carrots to ensure long and healthy cricket life. House. 100% recycled food grade pulp paper insert acts as a hiding space for the insects. Bedding. A Patented 100% absorbent food safe and sterile natural wood pulp pad replaces the messy and dusty vermiculite. The pad can absorb up to ten times its volume in moisture and insect droppings. Ventilation. The side and top vents give an increased air circulation by more than 10 times. As moisture and warm air is vented through the lid, fresh air is drawn through the side vents of the container. This system creates a healither environment for the insects. Woodies Pisces Wood Roaches make an ideal clean insect food for lizards, fish, frogs and birds. Pisces Woodies are very clean insects and are not known to carry disease organisms. Woodies naturally live in dry conditions under dead wood or tree bark and grow to approximately the same size as a large cricket. Unlike house cockroaches, wood roaches bear live young live and it is quite likely some will be born in the container.

How to Feed Woodies can be slowed down prior to feeding by placing in a refrigerator for five minutes. Feed only enough woodies that will be eaten immediately. Vitamin & mineral supplements (gutload) can be sprinkled onto the woodies prior to feeding. Storage & Care Woodies will remain alive in the container for quite a long time and will obtain sufficient food and moisture from the piece of carrot supplied in the container. To keep them fresh & to get longer life replace the piece of carrot every few days. Feeding Lizards Woodies are a natural and highly nutritious food for many species of lizards. They can often be used to entice fussy eaters that have gone on hunger strike.

Feeding Fish Large cichlids and other large species love woodies. They can be fed by hand, with tweezers or just tipped onto the waters surface. Woodies provide a high protein food with beneficial roughage which is often missing in dry foods. Feeding Frogs Woodies are a nutritious and natural diet for large green tree frogs. Feeding Birds Many insectivorous birds will happily accept woodies as an interesting variation to their diet.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE PRO-FORMA All goods must be paid in full by either: 1. Direct credit to our Pisces Enterprises bank account before goods will be despatched. 2. Credit card payment by means of either Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa. 3. If an arrangement is made with a representative of our company that a personal or business cheque may be accepted for payment of goods, then the goods will be despatched on clearance of the funds. NEW BUSINESSES 1. Trading terms for the first three to six months on a proforma basis (see above). 2. An account application may be requested after the probationary period. ACCOUNTS 1. Applications for accounts will only be considered when lodged in writing on our Customer Details / Account Application Form, which is available on request and online at www. piscesenterprises.com New accounts will not be opened until our office receives the completed form and has been processed. 2. Should an account be granted, the applicant will be informed in writing. All orders in the interim period will be supplied on a Pro-forma basis only. 3. 4. The customer agrees to also pay the company the costs and expenses incurred in respect of any enforcement hereof or recovery of the monies owing by the customer to the company. 5. Discounts may not apply and supply of goods may be suspended if these terms are not adhered to. 6. The company will carry out regular reviews of credit terms and the customer will be advised accordingly in writing. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VARY ITS CREDIT TERMS FOR ANY CUSTOMER AT ITS DISCRETION.

5. Freight, packaging, fuel & securities surcharges will be added to invoices where applicable. 6. Orders under $100.00 ex. GST must be pre-paid. 7. Despatch days may vary when public holidays occur during the working week. CLAIMS 1. All goods should be checked on arrival. Any discrepancies should be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise claims may not be recognised.
