Meet Roman Williams

A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Roman Williams began his career in the Air National Guard as part of the security force at the 171st Air Refueling Wing near Pittsburgh International Airport.

After completing police training through the military, he joined the South Fayette Township Police Department in 2018.

"There's a lot more variety here," he says.

Hunting, long-range shooting and Brazilian jiu-jitsu martial arts

Serves as an instructor of firearms and jiu-jitsu for the police department
