hough rain hindered many performers at Saturday’s ART/GAGE festival along the 1000 block of South Street, the clouds kept quiet long enough for Kabita Bastola to shine. The 15-yearold commenced a celebration of Nepalese culture by giving a dance display, then watched 10 female elders honor their background through singing and dancing.
