arie Ciminera overflows with frustration, much like the sidewalk and curb of her business do with trash. The owner of Card and Gift Gallery, 2132 S. Broad St., Ciminera has operated her small business for 33 years, but the discouraged proprietor soon will have to part with her tract, a victim of the City’s aggressive plan to reduce its staggering budget deficit.
