After serving in the executive office of the assistant director-general for culture for two years, she became coordinator of UNESCO emergency response operations. Sue retired from tennis in 1984 and moved to broadcasting, first with Channel 7 Australia, Sky Television and then exclusively for the BBC, where during a 30-year broadcasting career she covered a variety of high-profile events including the Olympic Games. Commonwealth Games and presented the Wimbledon Championships, retiring from the BBC in 2022.

in 1978 in Hamburg, Tommy Haas’s successful career in tennis involved reaching a career-high ranking of world No. 2 in singles. He turned pro in 1996 and enjoyed a long and illustrious career, known for his powerful groundstrokes and versatility on all surfaces.
Haas won 15 singles titles, including one ATP Masters 1000 events. He also reached the semi-finals of the Australian Open three times and Wimbledon (2009), showcasing his ability to compete at the highest level of the sport. Haas was known for his smooth and elegant playing style, combining athleticism and finesse.
Haas has been involved in various philanthropic activities, and has remained engaged in the sport as a coach and tournament director of the BNP Paribas Open - otherwise known as the 5th Grand Slam.
