It’s Still a Library The New York Public Library’s (NYPL) new 53rd Street Library, designed by TEN Arquitectos, recently opened. Located across from MoMA, the new 28,000squarefoot NYPL branch replaces the Donnell Library that was demolished eight years ago to make way for what would eventually be the 50story Baccarat Hotel.
