Prior to visitors arriving, please email receptionistnyc@pagethink.com with a copy to jellwood@spacesmith.com.
The following must be provided for every guest:
• Full name(s) of the guest(s).
• Their phone number and email.
• Their company.

HOW TO BOOK CONFERENCE ROOMS
We have three large size conference rooms for group meetings. They are the MAIN Conference Room by the lobby, the EAST Conference Room and the WEST Conference Room. All have AV capability.
These rooms should be reserved prior to any meeting. To reserve a room, you can either speak directly to the receptionist, call 4700, or email receptionistnyc@ pagethink.com with a copy to jellwood@spacesmith.com.
You need to include day, time, and guest list with your request.
Smaller quiet rooms are also available for one on one internal or external meetings. These can be reserved but are often used ad hoc.
ZOOM MEETINGS
Spacesmith has two Zoom accounts:
• spacesmithzoom1@spacesmith.com
• spacesmithzoom2@spacesmith.com
The password for both is Enterprise55.
Please make sure you look at the meetings log inside the account so you don’t overlap with other meetings already scheduled.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION LOCATIONS
In the unlikely event of a building evacuation, Spacesmith and Davis Brody Bond/ Page have these two locations to meet up at:
• US Custom House at Bowling Green
• WWII Memorial at Battery Park
PANTRIES
Spacesmith and Davis Brody Bond/ Page employees are welcome to use one of the three pantries located through-out the floor. All cups, glasses, or dishes should be rinsed and placed into the dishwasher after use. Items in the refrigerator should be discarded when they start to go bad. We all work together to keep our communal spaces clean.
RECYCLING (Mother Nature needs you!!!)
The black trash can at your desk is actually a paper recycle bin. Please only deposit paper in the bin and take garbage to the pantry. If garbage is mixed with the paper, it will not get recycled.
The main kitchen has a designated recycle bin. Remember to rinse your plastic before you recycle!

COMPOSTING
Food scraps make up 30% of our trash in New York City. A compost bin is by the table near the kitchen. All food items are accepted in the Downtown Public Compost Pilot, including meat, dairy, and leftovers. Food-soiled paper like coffee filters, napkins, and paper plates are accepted. Leaves and house plants can also go in the brown bin.
Paper tea bags are safe to compost. In fact, they will break down just as quickly as the tea leaves inside of them. On the other hand, plastic tea bags are not biodegradable. If you are a tea drinker, please determine which brand of tea can go into the compost bin.
