DESCRIPTION A three-component, multi-purpose, cement/ epoxy bonding adhesive and anti-corrosion rebar coating. SpecPrep SB provides a structural bond for fresh concrete or repair mortars to existing concrete in horizontal, vertical and overhead applications. SpecPrep SB also provides an anti-corrosion, protective coating for steel rebar in concrete restoration.
