The ultimate Bolton exhaust series: Racedeveloped, world-renowned pipe is built with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship and will greatly enhance your bike’s performance, looks and sound. This exhaust is available in round or oval and AL 7016 T6, Titanium or Carbon. The Cobra BOLT-ON systems include only the muffler. Thus, only the stock muffl er is replaced, while the header assembly from the stock exhaust system remains unchanged. It is intended for the customer who does not wish to make major mechanical alterations to the bike itself, but desires an improved aesthetic effect. The Cobra BOLT-ON system is the perfect choice for such customers! In addition to a noticeable change in the exterior appearance of the bike, you get the characteristic lowered sound, lighter weight and improved power and torque curves in comparison to the restrictive stock muffl er. We produce BOLT-ON systems for bikes whose stock exhaust is constructed so that the muffl er can be replaced simply by undoing the bolts on the front rosette. The basically simple Cobra BOLT-ON system makes use of this advantage; there is no need for special tools, you just attach it to the stock header assembly. There is also no need to modify any exterior parts. Each system is specially developed for each individual model of motorcycle, so the systems are not interchangeable. Also due to the construction of the stock exhausts, they are designed as equivalents to the Slip-on system. The BOLT-ON system was also designed to be cost-effective, in order to deliver a modest increase in performance, superior quality, aesthetic pleasure and an instantly recognizable sound.

Slip-Ons are a great way to enhance your bike’s look, sound and performance. SlipOns are designed to utilize the stock exhaust system header. Depending on the make and model of your motorcycle, Slip-Ons either bolt directly onto the flange of the original tail pipe, or includes a Cobra tail/ mid-pipe that mounts to the collector of the original header. In many cases, SlipOns that includes a mid-pipe actually look like a Full System. Slip-Ons are popular because they’re quick and easy to install, they’re lighter than the original muffler, they look and sound great and they instantly improve performance.
