Make arrangements for your own travel and accommodations. The InterContinental Hotel New Orleans has extended a special rate ($189 plus tax) for a select number of rooms exclusively for our group through March 26. Please contact Wyatt Phillips (404.270.5606 or wphillips@spelman.edu) to confirm your participation and to receive host hotel booking instructions. New Orleans Weekend with artist Renée Stout is limited to 18 people, so reserve your spot today. A detailed daily itinerary will be sent well in advance of the trip. Full payment is due by Friday, April 11. If we do not meet the minimum number of people, the Museum will refund 100% of your donation. Any cancellations after April 11 will result in the entirety of your donation being donated to the Museum. This policy is in place to make sure that the trip will not be compromised due to last minute cancellations.
