The meaning behind this series is about women procreating. The fruits represents the womb and photographing the fruit in its entirety while damaging the fruit symbolises the destruction that happens to the female body when creating new life. Showing the anguish of the process but also showing the beauty in it by also focusing on the seeds of the fruits that represents new life

THIS DIPTYCH WAS INSPIRED BY “SOMETHING IN THE WAY” BY NIRVANA. I SPECIFICALLY TOOK THE LINE “IT’S OKAY TO EAT FISH CAUSE THEY, DONT HAVE ANY FEELINGS” AND TURNED IT INTO VISUAL FROM MY PERSPECTIVE AS THE LISTENER

MONEY

The point I want to exclaim with this project is not only to show people different banknotes in detail for viewing but to make people realize what a person will do for money. They are positives and negatives to all scenarios, people can look at the money and see the workmanship, hard work, and a way of living. People can see money and think of harming others, drug use, and prostitution.

Older currencies can become some sort of a time machine to people, reminding them of the times when a specific note was still in use.

Money is also closely linked to the "American Dream", a lavish lifestyle, living in the hills, buying luxurious items without looking at the price tag, and mansions.
