WHY WE WORK LONGER HOURS We know what it’s like to live and work in London so we open later than most Agents. We take an increasing number of enquiries from 6-10pm. That’s why we’re available late on weekdays and at weekends. Simply put, if you choose a traditional 9-5pm Agent, you may well be missing out on the perfect buyer. We’ll make sure you don’t.

Many of our buyers work for leading corporate businesses and as such, traditional Agent opening hours don’t really work for them.

If your Agent is open 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 2pm on Saturdays, they are working 49 hours a week on your behalf. We are available 8am – 10pm, 7 days a week which means we are hunting for you for the perfect buyer 98 hours a week. That’s 100% longer.

The London Property Market is in global demand and being available longer means we are able to be on hand at a time that suits, no matter what the timezone.

It’s no wonder that being available early morning and late at night is seen as a real benefit for buyers.

We operate in London’s villages. They are distinctive areas each with their own character, history, property; each attracting a particular group of buyers.

In the late ‘90s Felicity J Lord opened its doors to London.

2000 Having received a warm reception from London we adopted the sunflower as the identity, capturing the warmth and positive nature of the Agency.

2003 With the business continuing to bloom we opened offices within the sound of Bow bells.

2011 Further expansion with offices in 2011 as we opened in Islington and Stoke Newington.
