Just an update
Monday 28th October
This groundbreaking feature provides for the sharing of a real time credit report, which not only gives you the advisor full sight of the client’s credit situation, but also will pre fill the client’s credit commitments and adverse (if any) in Smartr365 saving you valuable time, and also avoiding non-disclosure issues, which as an industry is a persistent problem.
Further, you will be able to grant access to this report to your customer so they too will see a copy of it!
Best of all, this value added feature, which has a normal cost of around £200 per year, is being fully funded by Just Mortgages, making this completely FREE to you, with no increase to your Smartr365 monthly cost.

Gentlemen, is it time to put down your Razors?
Movember, the month formerly known as November, is just around the corner.
Known famously for bringing the moustache back into fashion, it was established in 2003 by a few friends over a beer in a pub just outside Melbourne, Australia. It has transformed into a movement for men's health, taking on the three biggest issues affecting men: mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. This movement has since funded over 1,320 men's health projects around the world by challenging the status quo, shaking up men’s health research and transforming the way health services reach and support men. As a result, men are living healthier, longer lives.
Do you want to get involved?
You can grow a moustache - if there's one thing
Movember is known for, it's this. Growing a Mo is the symbol for better men’s health. It also grabs attention and starts important conversations, so give it a go – it shows the world you stand for healthier men and a healthier world.
You can Move - move is how Movember remembers the 60 men lost to suicide globally, every hour. To take part, all you have to do is run or walk 60km. Cover the distance in one go or over the month.
You can do what you want - there are many ways to support Movember. Climb a mountain, break a personal best, quit social media for a month or take on a dare for men’s health.
You can donate - should you wish to donate to this important cause here is the link:

Important updates to Legal & General's Fracture Cover and
Private Diagnostics
L&G's Fracture Cover and Private Diagnostics provider, Axis Speciality London, has served notice and announced its decision to cease all new business and renewals in 2025. As Axis are the manufacturer of both products, they’ve been assessing whether they can replicate the service.
What is happening with Private Diagnostics?
They have been unable to find an alternative insurer, and as of 31st October 2024, they will no longer be offering Private Diagnostics to new customers, and renewals for existing customers will cease in early 2025. Existing customers will still be covered, and they will contact customers 30 days before their renewal date to inform them that the benefit is no longer available for renewal.
What is happening with Fracture Cover?
As part of their assessment, they are working closely with Axis to negotiate an exit date in 2025 and are exploring alternative solutions. Currently, there are no changes to existing customers or new business, and they will provide an update as soon as possible.
