About us
Spicerhaart Land is part of the UK’s largest independent property service and estate agency group, providing specialist integrated residential development solutions from initial site appraisals through to land acquisitions and disposals. We currently operate from nine regional centres across the UK with plans to see this double over the next 5 years. Spicerhaart’s Residential Development team is supported by a New Homes team that provides bespoke market intelligence and is expert in selling new homes across over 200 locations throughout England and Wales.
We act for a wide range of clients including Landowners, Developers, Housebuilders, Land Promoters, Public Sector Bodies, Housing Associations, Investors and Charities. We strive to ensure all clients receive a high quality, professional and bespoke service from conception through to completion. Together the Residential Development team has over 150 years combined experience, a wealth of local knowledge and an extensive network of industry contacts.
LAND & NEW HOMES
Realising potential, maximising value We work with landowners to identify land for development and recommend the most appropriate potential development within current planning guidelines. In line with these planning guidelines, we spend a lot of time looking at opportunities to redevelop previously used sites and buildings, often referred to as Brownfield land, as part of new property development. If our clients don’t wish to
go through the planning themselves, we can find a development partner who will fund the planning process with an agreement to buy the site once planning has been obtained. We also work alongside other property professionals such as planning consultants, architects and solicitors to provide our clients with access to the best possible advice, all of which ensures the best deal is achieved.
