Property Consultants and Team Leaders We have various departments for our
Property Consultants and Team Leaders from Residential Property, Commercial Premises, AVS cases and Lettings. Our specialist teams are dedicated to providing the very best service to our customers and delivering exceptional quality. Our goal is to achieve the maximum sale price in the shortest time frame whilst we establish and maintain excellent client relations. We do this by continually investing in our people, in technology and in providing the flexible service our clients demand.
Compliance
Compliance is a crucial part of Corporate Sales and is as important to our success as delivering client orientated solutions. As the banking world has evolved we have had to change our business to meet the challenges that our lender clients face. We have been able to do this by ensuring that we control all aspects of our business and audit key business functions to ensure that they are performing to the required standard. Every decision that our staff take can impact our client and the borrower; managing these risks is integral to our success. Our compliance team focus on internal risks, management of contractors and also estate agents to ensure that we continue to offer our clients a market leading service.
Client Account Managers
Client Account managers are responsible for handling client accounts. They foster the relationship between the company and the customer as well as handle any projects, accounts, or issues that might be relative to that client. These managers liaise frequently with the clientele to assure them

of their importance and this helps to build the customers respect and trust in that business. A customer account manager must know how their client’s money is spent and what service they are receiving. They send documents, monthly information and regular updates to our customers. As a manager they may have a number of client accounts, which they must manage effectively and prioritise the various customer tasks. If there are any concerns or developments that may affect the timeline, quality or duration of the project the manager has the responsibility to inform the customer. The Client Account Manager is the liaison between the client and the company and responsible for overseeing all aspects of the account at all times.
Accounts
The accounts team within Corporate Sales is a fast moving time specific area. The team ensure all client mandates are adhered to; there is no room for error as this can affect the company financially. In addition they must constantly learn new mandates and legislation to ensure Corporate Sales are leaders in the field. Accounts are close knit and rely on each other when our clients request specific information within a designated timescale. It is imperative that we have good strong communication with both our clients and team, as being confident and knowledgeable when dealing with each other is key to our success.
Training and Development
Spicerhaart invest heavily in the ongoing training and development of our staff coordinated by our Training & Development Manager based within our Blackpool office.

Life with Spicerhaart
“I joined Corporate Sales in March 2008 as Head Receptionist. I progressed to Business Support Supervisor the following year and I now manage a team of nine people. My role covers reception, administration and the initiator team.
Although we are a hard working team, we are also a close knit family and our day consists of setting up all new instructions on the system, handling the post, liaising with all visitors, transferring of calls received and general support to the operations teams. Every day is a new challenge and we relish the opportunity to rise to the occasion.”
Ann Hall Business Support Supervisor
“Since joining Spicerhaart Corporate Sales in 2009 we have been through many changes. Coming from a banking background I had an excellent understanding of Asset Management and I have built on this whilst working with the company. As the company has evolved we have faced many challenges and I have been impressed by how hard all of the staff work and how committed they are to the company and also meeting and exceeding the targets and goals set of us. Spicerhaart offers a platform for individuals to develop and grow whilst also rewarding performance in many different ways which creates a positive work environment.
