Welcome to your guide for uploading Testimonials. Once complete your form entry will be received by the Digital Marketing Team who will log your responses and maintain testimonial statistics. This guide takes you through everything you need to know to successfully upload a testimonial.

Which branch are you working in?
Who won you this testimonial? Was it a team effort or did the client like the service of one individual in particular? If it was just one of you then you’ll be asked to enter the individual’s name.

How to submit?
Now it’s time to upload the testimonial. This needs to be a scan of a testimonial you’ve received or a saved email.
Save the email that the client sends to you and you can upload it here.
Anything to declare?
For haart to make the most of every testimonial we receive we need to ensure that we have the client’s permission to use the testimonial for marketing purposes; hence the need for a declaration to be attached.
If you don’t have a Declaration then your testimonial will still be acknowledged by the Digital Marketing Team assuming it is of sufficient quality.
If you do have a Declaration you’ll need to upload it here onto the form.
To upload the declaration it needs to be a saved scan of the declaration form or a saved email from the client.
Fancy a video?
If a client is really happy with the service you provided they may be willing to have a video of their experiences taken and put onto YouTube. If you think they may be interested let us know here.
If you select yes you will be asked to provide some contact details for the client and you’ll be asked if you’ve spoken to the client about any potential filming. All of this information will be passed on to our PR Company, Mosaic, who will arrange filming from there.
