BEVERAGE PACKAGE UPGRADES Upgrade from Classic to Simply Elegant - $20pp Extend your standard beverage package - $15 pp per hour* Extend your premium beverage package - $20 pp per hour* Cocktail hour - selection of 2 cocktails served for 1 hour - $30pp (*Maximum of 7 hour beverage package per day) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION If you wish to remove the beverage package and design your own on consumption drinks menu, deduct $45pp from any wedding package including the standard beverage and $55pp for premium beverage. A minimum bar tab spend applies. Spicers Hidden Vale’s liquor licensing hours are 10:00am - 12:00am. Spicers Hidden Vale management and team will at all times reinforce the principles and practices for the responsible management of a licenced venue. This includes but is not limited to responsible service of alcohol, following all guidelines in relation to the Liquor Act, hours of trading and noise. All licensed areas and venues must be vacated and closed by midnight. A range of non-alcoholic beverage options are available.

CEREMONY OPTIONS Spicers Hidden Vale understand that the best weddings are unique and personal, which is why our ceremony options are flexible and varied, all set amongst the rolling hills and lush bushland. Our manicured grounds are the perfect setting for your ceremony with a range of popular options ideal for shaded summer weddings, formal occasions and relaxed elegant weddings with wet weather options available. As well as a picture perfect ceremony location, you and your guests have unlimited opportunities for captivating those memorable photographs with endless enchanting backdrops. Your garden ceremony for an exclusive use wedding includes your choice of garden ceremony location with signing table and 2 chairs, 24 guest chairs and blackboard signage. For non-exclusive weddings, our dedicated wedding coordinator will familiarise you with garden ceremony options available. Of course, you may also choose to conduct your ceremony elsewhere, such as a local church. We can provide information on local churches, including the small Anglican church located opposite Spicers Hidden Vale.

The Laidley Room is located on one of the highest points of the retreat with floor to ceiling glass doors offering a breathtaking view over the ranges. The glass doors can open right up to create a beautiful indoor/outdoor atmosphere, and with a wrap around veranda you can make the most of the beautiful sunsets.
THE BARN The home of Homage Restaurant, the barn is the heart of Spicers Hidden Vale. With beamed ceilings and unique decorative touches, you also have the use of the barn forecourt area for any outdoor settings.
THE HOMESTEAD With hatted Homage Restaurant at its heart, this beautiful and bespoke rebuild embraces this historical site with a timeless yet thoroughly contemporary ambience; a legacy for future generations.

VENUE HIRE OPTIONS EXCLUSIVE USE OF SPICERS HIDDEN VALE For exclusive use weddings you will have complete privacy of your Ceremony and Reception spaces for you and your guests on the day of your Wedding. You will also have the undivided attention of all staff at the property, making sure your day runs smoothly from start to finish. Exclusive use of the property provides you and your guests with the option of all accommodation rooms for the Wedding night. With this option you also have complete access to all areas for the most breathtaking photographs. Exclusive use allows freedom to play music well into the night so you and your guests can dance the night away. This option is available for weddings with 55 guests or more. VENUE HIRE FEE* Monday to Thursday - $2,500 A minimum of 20 rooms must be booked on the wedding night
Friday or Sunday - $4,500 A minimum of 20 rooms must be booked on the wedding night
Saturday - $5,500 A minimum of 34 rooms must be booked on the wedding night *Deposit required is equal to the venue hire fee. Minimum rooms can be booked by wedding guests. In the instance the minimum room requirements are not booked by wedding guests, the cost will be added to the wedding account. Additional fees or rates may apply over public holidays. Spicers Hidden Vale provides cutlery, crockery, glasses and chairs for up to 100 guests. Prices are subject to change.
NON-EXCLUSIVE USE OF SPICERS HIDDEN VALE For a more intimate occasion, non-exclusive weddings are available for up to 55 guests. Selected reception and ceremony locations are available. The Homestead is not available for non-exclusive weddings. Noise restrictions do apply and our Wedding Coordinator will be happy to provide you with options. From spacious Cottages to Luxury Suites and Valley View rooms, you will find a mix of beautifully restored cottages, most with spectacular views across the surrounding ranges. As part of the wedding celebrations we offer a special wedding rate including accommodation and gourmet breakfast for two. Some rooms allow for additional guests, making use of either a sofa bed or roll-away. Additional rates apply. TERMS & CONDITIONS • To secure your wedding date at Spicers Hidden Vale, a wedding contract is drawn up and a deposit paid. The deposit is due within 14 days of the contract date. • The venue fee is applicable for all wedding bookings. • Public holidays may incur additional venue fees price on application. • Venue hire for evening weddings commences at the beginning of the reception and concludes at 12am. A fee will be charged for late departure of the venue at $200 per 1/2 hour or part thereof. • Lunch weddings are available. Please speak with the Wedding Coordinator for details. • ‘Exclusive use’ commences at the time nominated in the wedding contract on the day of the wedding and concludes at 12am that evening.
