To complement the incredible setting, our Chefs are renowned for their imagination and culinary expertise. Our food philosophy at Restaurant Sebastian has been inspired by the techniques and flavours of Basque cuisine. Each dish heroes the outstanding quality of produce that the Hunter Valley is renowned for. Our team has created an experience to mirror the Basque’s intrinsic connection to food and wine, and the memories created when these moments are shared together.

Tower Lodge is the perfect place for an intimate ceremony. Depending on the size of your wedding, choose between picturesque ceremony locations spread throughout our grounds. Whether beside the water feature in the hacienda style central courtyard or in our vineyard with scenic views of the rolling Hunter Valley hills as the backdrop, there is a ceremony space to suit your vision.

Ceremonies are available for up to 80 guests.

RECEPTION

Tower Lodge’s onsite restaurant, Sebastian, is the perfect location for you and your guests to celebrate your nuptials. Inspired by the techniques and characteristics of the Basque region, Sebastian celebrates the deep traditions, cosmopolitan flair and individual spirit of one of the world’s most magical food destinations. Famous for its endless pintxos bars and world leading Michelin star restaurants, the Basque delights with its unique cuisine, from bite-size delicacies to fresh seafood to avantgarde cuisine.

The magnificent restaurant space, with soaring high ceilings and warm terracotta tiles, offers space for seated dining for up to 50 people or a cocktail-style reception for up to 80 people.

Your reception space will be prepared as per your request and includes:

Mid-week weddings: 1 night minimum, $35,000 minimum spend

Weekend weddings: 2 night minimum, $65,000 minimum spend

Elopements are available for 1 to 7 rooms and up to 14 guests.

BEVERAGES ON CONSUMPTION

If you wish to remove the beverage package, we can offer your beverages charged on consumption. A selection is available from our current wine list as well as the beverage package wines. Beverages will be charged per bottle opened to a limit set by the bride and groom.

Meet with our onsite sommelier to curate your personalized beverage menu, selecting your favourite blends and brews to enjoy on the night of your wedding.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Spicers Tower Lodge offers a maximum of seven hours of beverage service, with all beverage service ceasing by 11pm. Guests not staying onsite are required to depart by 11:30pm. All beverages listed in the packages are subject to change and based on availability. Our tailored beverage menu includes a selection of wines, beer and spirits of your choice, within the beverage allocation. At the conclusion of your beverage allocation, Spicers Tower Lodge will offer house beverage selections of similar blends and regions which will be charged on consumption.

ACCOMMODATION

Each suite at Tower Lodge is unique and tells its own story. The spacious 14 guest suites are an exotic adventure in classical Spanish regional aesthetics, with soaring ceilings, textured flooring, elegant lighting and thought-provoking artwork. Several suites also feature a private fireplace, while some suites boast a hot tub., plus a separate living room and bedroom. Modern, sumptuous bathrooms feature marble bench tops, tiled walls and giant bathtubs, providing the guests with the ultimate sanctuary.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCES

Turn your wedding into an immersive experience featuring everything that Tower Lodge has to offer. Guests can indulge in a wide range of experiences, including archery, bike riding, reading by the fireplace in the stunning library or lazing idly by the pool. Speak to the Tower Lodge team about adding an experience to your wedding itinerary.

FLAMENCO DANCE CLASS

Embrace the Spanish flair of Tower Lodge and try your hand at this traditional style of dance. Bring fun and creativity to your wedding experience by taking a lesson during your stay with us.

A one hour class for two costs $600, and an additional $230pp for more guests.

IN-SUITE MASSAGE

Wind down before your wedding, or enjoy a moment of peace following the festivities. Our team can organise an in-suite massage during your stay.

DAILY MASTERCLASS

Each day between 3:30-4:15 pm our team will host a masterclass, highlighting the very best local produce and beverages that the Hunter Valley has to offer. Our team will create a casual, informative and authentic experience for all to enjoy.
