The party is now officially underway here at Dispatch, as we celebrate the magazine’s tenth birthday.

5,000 local businesses in the area. Some of these businesses have been advertising with Dispatch from day one and have grown alongside us over the past ten years. In addition to those who have been with us for a long time, we are always amazed at how many new local businesses we’re working with every month.

across the region. With a solid footing in the areas we operate in, we look back on a decade of having built strong relationships with communities – including with town councils to produce their Town Guides and local websites. For us, this is about interacting with the communities we know and love and has meant that Dispatch has become far more than a local mag.

pulse and move with the times with social media, blogging and other webbased activities.

The rise of mobile technology and mobile internet access, enabling smartphones and tablets such as the iPad, has also impacted how people engage with businesses. Making sure that Dispatch remains at the cutting edge with every new advancement, including Twitter and Facebook, the increased use of blogging and other social media, offers genuine benefits to the companies we work with.

much - but we do know that the next decade will be just as exciting as the last, as Dispatch continues to grow, innovate and support local businesses. We’re already working on a brand new website for Dispatch, which will bring our local businesses and readers even more interactively to the foreground, getting all of our community news up online.

Will we be talking about Web 3.0? Or just using social media to an even greater extent? What platforms will have emerged and taken over the market? Will Google be running the world? Who knows.

audience. In addition to this, there’s no telling how many more areas Dispatch will be reaching out to by 2021. With an established base in the communities we work in and an excellent reputation built up over the past 10 years, we will continue to grow and ensure that our readers are happy, and our businesses are getting excellent value for money.

The First 10 Years Of Dispatch

It was back in September 2001 (which admittedly ought to be remembered for other world-changing events as well) that the first edition of Dispatch was delivered to homes and businesses across the region. The initial print run was 3,500 copies - and today, ten years later, we print a total of 61,000 copies every month. It has been an exciting decade for us - not least because of the strong relationships we have built with over

Having started with one magazine for Diss and Attleborough, we now have an edition of Dispatch for Wymondham, Dereham and Watton, and recently launched into Bury St Edmunds. Our readership has expanded hugely to 152,000 homes

Our websites and online directories support the magazine, giving all of our clients access to an online platform. This enables our local business community to keep its finger on the

Over the past decade, technology has advanced rapidly – not only in terms of broadband speeds and online functionality, but also with the emergence of Web 2.0 as a whole new way of interacting online. At Dispatch, we have kept at the forefront of these technological developments - giving our businesses and local communities access to an evolving and exciting platform to keep up to date.

So the big question is: what’s next? What will the next decade bring here at Dispatch and in your communities? Well, at the rate that technology seems to be advancing, we can’t predict too

As the internet evolves over the coming years, we’ll be keeping on top of new developments and helping our clients to engage online as well as in our printed magazines. Who can tell what we’ll see on the market in the next decade!

What we do know, is that as every advancement happens, Dispatch will be here to ensure that communities and businesses in our areas will have access to all of the latest developments. As we enter our second decade we will be continuing to work actively in local business communities - including ‘Diss on View’ and 4N Networking - to help our businesses reach a broader

So while you might expect us to take our 10th birthday looking back over the successes of the decade that’s been, the team here at Dispatch are excitedly looking forward to the successes to come in the decade ahead.

Diss On View Diss on View, presented by DBF and Jackaman’s, is celebrating its 5th birthday on Friday 16th September. From the germ of an idea mooted by the DBF committee, anxious to do something proactive for local business, it has grown into a respected event that draws exhibitors and visitors from across the region. Why does Diss on View matter? James Laband, senior partner at title sponsor Jackaman’s Solicitors, says “We were keen to increase the firm’s involvement with this important exhibition. Diss on View presents a wonderful opportunity for local businesses to promote themselves in a professional - and extremely cost-effective - environment. The event benefits not only the local businesses - but the Diss community as a whole.” Brian Bale, of Lovewell Blake Chartered Accountants, another Diss on View 2011

Dispatch September 2011

sponsor, reflects upon the effect of economic uncertainties on the event and on area businesses. “The UK economic climate continues to be difficult, with this in mind, it is important that we look to actively buy goods and services locally to enhance the economy of Diss and the surrounding area. I know from personal experience of our previous sponsorship and attendance at DOV that it allows us the opportunity to meet many more businesses and their representatives and also generates opportunities for those contacts to recommend and refer work to us. It is important for business owners to actively go out and seek customers and Diss on View provides an excellent opportunity to spend a productive day, meeting potential suppliers and prospective customers.”

Hales Group, too, supports ‘Diss on View 2011’ as a sponsor. Michelle Denny, Manager of the Diss branch says, “We are delighted to be a part of this event, what a wonderful way to celebrate the fact that business in Diss is rising above current challenges. Over the past 20 years, Hales group has supported many community events across our region. It is a fundamental way to support our fellow businesses, candidates and the local community’. Hales Group looks forward to sharing the events of the day with visitors and exhibitors, and the team feels confident that DOV will prove to be a huge success once again.” Finally, it is worth noting that Diss on View is the Business Fair that is NOT just for business. It would be great to see everyone

in the Town and surrounds come by to cheer on the businesses and take part in the fun. Admission to DOV is free, with exhibitors to tickle everyone’s fancy – whether it’s to take a test drive in a brand-new MINI or BMW, courtesy of Cooper Ipswich, learn how to build or fix a bicycle tyre with Cycle Divas, taste amazing treats at Park Hotel Master Chef Martin Jarrett’s foodie cooking demo, or to visit Dispatch Magazine who look forward to meeting both business clients and readers. There is still time to book in for the networking brunch just prior to DOV or the Champagne birthday party just after. For more information visit: www.dbf.org.uk

4 Networking

Comercrawley

The UK’s largest joined-up business network.

Our usual columnist is away so instead of a question and answer section we have some news about our firm.

What’s it all about? 4Networking gives you the essentials you need to help grow your business: People, Appointments, Business and Support.

• You will have 3 x 10 minute one two one appointments with people you want to talk to • You will get a great breakfast

With 49,000 members and over 300 groups right across the UK 4Networking is 50% business, 50% social and it works.

• It will only cost you £10.00 • It will be from 8am till 10am.

Would you do business with people you don’t like? People you don’t know? People you don’t trust? Of course not, so don’t expect others to ignore that same process and just hand over sackfuls of business to you. At a 4N meeting • You can network • You can tell the room all about you and your business in 40 seconds • You can meet potential customers

Come along as a guest and experience a 4N meeting, it’s only £10.00, and if nothing else, you will have a great breakfast. There are 4N groups in Bury St Edmunds, Dereham and Diss, which meet every other week. The Diss group is run by Dispatch Magazine Editor in Chief Jonathan Horswell, so give him a call on 01953 456789 to discuss any aspect of 4N or to book into the next 4N meeting. You’ll be very welcome!

Emma Crawley who is currently dealing with two multi million pound spinal injury claims is heading a Cycle-A-Thon Challenge with other members of the firm to cycle from Lands End to John O’Groats - a distance of 874 miles. The Spinal Injuries Association, of whom the firm is a member, has arranged a fund raising Challenge from 20 August to 12 November 2011 to cycle the 874 miles which the staff are hoping to achieve by cycling on push bikes and spinning bikes and we wish them all the very best of luck. Ian Comer has just been reselected to the Law Society’s specialist personal injury panel for a further 5 years. To qualify for panel membership you have to demonstrate the appropriate level of skill and expertise in this area of law. Both Ian Comer and Emma Crawley have been members of the panel since its inception 15 years ago.

Sports sponsorship: the firm has sponsored Diss Ladies Hockey Club by providing a new set of training tops for the upcoming season and also Eastern Counties Referees Association by providing referees shirts for the second year in succession. Comercrawley has also been presented with an award by the East Anglian Air Ambulance as a founding patron of the business on board scheme recognising the firm’s sponsorship contribution and support over the last 3 years. Judith Cole will return next month following a holiday camping in France with her family and if you have any questions you wish to put to her please email her on jac@comercrawley.co.uk or telephone 01379 644311.

Diss Rugby Club Diss RFC are looking forward to the new season with new Head Coach Phil Sharpe at the helm. The 1st XV will be playing in London 1 North with some excellent local rivalry to spice things up between Bury St Edmunds, Colchester and of course North Walsham. The Saracens (2nd XV) are playing in the Suffolk League One, the thirds in Norfolk Merit Table One and the fourths in Norfolk Merit Table 3. A veterans team will be playing in the Suffolk Floodlit 40s which is played mid week. This is highly entertaining and thoroughly recommended to give you a rugby fix during the week. 20 minutes each way with a real mix of ages/fitness levels (no offence meant but plenty taken!) and some cracking matches to be watched. As usual Diss will be providing rugby for U7s right through to U19s as well as the Vixens. Maggi Hambling ‘Waves’: New Paintings And Etchings The Stable Gallery, Diss Corn Hall, St Nicholas St, Diss IP22 4LB Friday 23rd September – Saturday 22nd October. The celebrated East Anglian artist, Maggi Hambling, is one of the most distinctive artists of her generation – a restless artistic spirit who is equally at home painting George Melly for the National Portrait Gallery or making sculptures using cans of Special Brew. In recent years her attention has turned to the coast near her house in Suffolk; her most famous and contentious work being the striking and monumental sculpture ‘Scallop’ on Aldeburgh beach. The restless movement of the sea has become an obsession for Hambling and all paintings start with her daily ritual. ‘Early each morning I go down to the sea and try to capture its mood by drawing, and each day is different. Back in the studio, these drawings become paintings.

be discovered’. Her North Sea paintings have recently been the subject of major museum exhibitions, at The Lowry in Salford in 2009 and at the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge in 2010. Diss Corn Hall is delighted to be showing Hambling’s new ‘Wave’ oil paintings and a selection of her recent etchings.

(Tickets £6 from the Corn Hall Box Office, 01379 652241 or on-line at www.disscornhall.co.uk.

All profits will go to The Diss Corn Hall Trust, the charity managing the Corn Hall. For further information on the exhibition, contact David Case at davidcasefineart@btinternet.com, 01379 668875 or 078100 32025.

Most of the paintings will be small in scale making the waves jewel-like in their intensity, and in their concentration of energy and colour. The work will be for sale with etchings starting at £350 and the majority of paintings at around £2,000.

Whether they are tiny or cover the studio wall, I try to make the movement of the waves happen in the paint.

The exhibition will open with a free evening view on September 23rd from 6-8pm in the presence of the artist and will be followed by Maggi Hambling ‘in conversation’ with broadcaster and television presenter, Martha Kearney at 8pm.

Stacey & Partners HMRC have had problems issuing Statements of Accounts in July as they ran out of paper! Says Mark Wallace of Chartered Accountants, Stacey & Partners – and Small businesses should have the correct paperwork in order to pay dividends. HMRC have announced that the delayed statements were sent out in August. Most importantly, HMRC says that those taxpayers who receive their SA statements in August will not be charged interest provided they pay the second 2011/12 payment on account (which would normally be due on 31 July) by 27 September 2011!! Make sure you have the correct paperwork for dividends. It is not unusual for small owner businesses to pay dividends, as a part of withdrawing funds from a company. It is important that the correct paperwork is in place, to ensure that the payments cannot be challenged by HMRC. There are a number of things that need to be considered in order to ensure that they are correctly declared. 1. If interim dividends are being paid, you should ensure that the Articles of Association allow the Directors the right to pay them, as some older companies do not have these provisions.

2. In respect of payments of salary, H M Revenue & Customs sometimes argue that the payments are payment on account of salary rather than a loan, or dividends. Payment on account is one where the Company has no right to recovery, it is simply agreed to pay some of the salary already earned but not due for payment - for example, payment of two weeks’ salary half way through the month when employees are normally paid at month end. If the Company has a right of recovery, it is not a payment on account but a loan. Make sure you do not get caught out! 3. It is important that all interim dividends are supported by some form of documentation, such as a pro forma minute. We have suitable vouchers that can be sent to clients if this is a problem. 4. In some cases, dividends can be illegal. This is where a company makes payments in excess of profits. In such cases, should the company go into liquidation, the liquidator has the right to obtain repayment from shareholders or Directors.

Mark Wallace can be contacted on 01842 826100 at the firm’s Thetford office. Stacey & Partners has offices

in Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Thetford and Sudbury.

Diss U3A The guest speaker for August was Ian Powys who gave an illustrated talk entitled Crete and The Minoans. Now a popular holiday destination Crete, the largest of the Greek islands has a history of civilisation dating back around 2,700 BC. Evidence of this early civilisation was discovered following the excavation of Minoan palaces containing frescos, jewellery and pottery. Sadly and as the result of a probable volcanic eruption around 1400BC the Minoans disappeared. Over the centuries and due to its advantageous position in the Mediterranean Crete has been invaded many times by the Venetians, Arab, Greeks and Turks who have all arrived on Crete intent on imposing their own will and culture on this small island. Most recently

in 1941 during WW2 Hitler’s army arrived intending to use Crete as a stepping stone to Russia. They unexpectedly incurred huge losses against the British and Commonwealth troops for which many local people were executed in reprisal. Fortunately since then Crete has welcomed a more peaceful type of invasion from holidaymakers who regularly visit to enjoy the climate, scenery and diverse forna and flora which due to its unique location are found only on Crete. Hoxne Phoenix Group At a lively August meeting, members were entertained by a fascinating talk given by Jenny Gibbs, on the wedding customs in rural Turkey. Having married a Turkish gentleman, she and her husband bought an old farmhouse in a relatively remote village near the Aegean Coast and have lived there for a number of years. Customs in the village remain very traditional and the spate of weddings - most weekends during the summer months - are conducted to an age-old ritual involving not only the two relevant families but most of the population of the surrounding area for a three day celebration plus numerous other activities which follow a strict pattern.

Although the couple do not come together until the end of this period they have already had a civil ceremony at the outset so are already married in the eyes of the law.

Yet, current annual production of hearing aids is estimated to meet less than 10% of global need. The poor are especially affected because they are unable to afford the preventative care necessary to avoid hearing loss, or hearing aids to improve their hearing.

The Suffolk Hearing Aid Recycling Scheme, which has been created in co-operation with Lions International, requires members of the public to donate unwanted, unused or broken hearing instruments, no matter how old or in what condition.

The Hearing Care Centre, who offer local, private hearing care services in Suffolk, have established well over a dozen donations points across the county, including locally at the Botesdale GP Surgery (Back Hills), and Eye Health Centre (Castleton Way).

These hearing aids are then recycled, repaired or refurbished and sent to countries in need by Lions International

Thought for the Month September 2011. “If anyone is in Christ, he or she is a new person altogether – the past is over and done with, everything has become fresh and new” 2 Corinthians 5: 17. Becoming a Christian is not promising God to turn over a new leaf and to do our best to live a moral life, trying to obey the Ten Commandments in our own strength.

16 Dispatch September 2011

Becoming a Christian is being transformed into a new person by God working a miracle in our lives when we say genuinely “sorry” for our sins. We receive peace with God thanks to Jesus dying for us on the cross. We also have a fresh sense of purpose: no longer do we live for ourselves but we experience the joy of serving our Maker and our fellow men and women.

Why not make an appointment to see us as an initial consultation is free. You have until 31 January 2012 to get this filed if you file online, otherwise you are likely to be fined. This year there has been a change made in the way that individuals are treated.

So call us now and we will do our very best to help you avoid that extra cost. Call us to make that initial free consultation 01953 457173 or email Kerry@kerrybutcher.co.uk We look forward to hearing from you.

With a solid footing in the areas we operate in, we look back on a decade of having built strong relationships with communities – including with town councils to produce their Town Guides and local websites. For us, this is about interacting with the communities we know and love and has meant that Dispatch has become far more than a local mag.

What we do know, is that as every advancement happens, Dispatch will be here to ensure that communities and businesses in our areas will have access to all of the latest developments. As we enter our second decade we will be continuing to work actively in local business communities - including ‘Diss on View’ and 4N Networking - to help our businesses reach a broader

audience. In addition to this, there’s no telling how many more areas Dispatch will be reaching out to by 2021. With an established base in the communities we work in and an excellent reputation built up over the past 10 years, we will continue to grow and ensure that our readers are happy, and our businesses are getting excellent value for money. So while you might expect us to take our 10th birthday looking back over the successes of the decade that’s been, the team here at Dispatch are excitedly looking forward to the successes to come in the decade ahead.

Kigamboni Street Children. My name is John Grint. Born and raised in Norfolk I joined the Royal Navy aged 15 and have lived in Attleborough for the past 36 years. During a meeting with Robert Webster at St Mary’s Church Attleborough, I learned of a need for help in Jinja -Uganda at Mama Jane (a charity for orphaned children). After a month of building computers and teaching these children how to use them I learned that there was a major problem with well over a million Street Children throughout East Africa. I visited Tanzania and discovered the village of Kigamboni. Here I helped an organisation called Kigamboni Community Centre (KCC) who were educating about 80 drop-out school children (potentially future street children) and organised activities including: acrobatics, computing, dancing, drama, football and singing. KCC were offering education to another 100 children. KCC now have nine Street children in an Outreach situation joining in all these activities. Unfortunately they are back on the streets at night! My aim for the immediate future is to get four

Street Children accommodated together in Kigamboni. Feed them, clothe them, educate them and then, after counselling the children (and their parents), send them home where they belong. Whilst a little money goes a long way in Tanzania, our aim eventually will be to scale-up operations and help more of Kigamboni’s street children, so we are grateful for any financial support. Get Your Fascias And Gutters Cleaned And Inspected Ready For Autumn Isn’t prevention so much better than cure? Just because you are not faced with the problem every day does not mean that the risk is not there. Throughout the year they are exposed to all kinds of damaging elements. Gutter maintenance is something homeowners tend to think about only after a problem occurs. They may soon discover that poorly functioning rain gutters can cause many problems, including foundation erosion, basement leaks and rotten fascia boards. Now is a good time to have your home’s gutter system checked for damages from ice and snow last winter, heavy rains or clogged debris. You’d be amazed at some of the things we find causing blocked up guttering. All sorts of heavy, sticky or odd shaped items can get clogged in the channels of guttering or wedged in down pipes.

We’ve seen the lot from piles of soggy leaves, debris left by birds, tennis balls or broken roof tiles to plants and weeds actually growing in the channels themselves. If any of this applies to you, it may well be time for an inspection and clean.

Take action now. Go outside, walk right around your home and look very carefully at your gutters:

Seriously neglected gutters often have weeds growing in them, adding to the problem. Water constantly overflowing from blocked gutters damages bricks and mortar and can cause extensive damp on the outside and mould on the inside of your house as it is absorbed by the bricks, making even the most beautiful of homes appear unsightly.

• Can you see any pools of water or signs of water damage?

• Does anything seem wrong? • Are there any bulges or cracks?

• Is any part of your guttering discoloured? The next time it rains, go outside with your umbrella and watch your gutters in action.

Homes & Gardens Garden Landscaping In 4D Many gardens created by their owners follow a traditional two-dimensional style with a square section of lawn and planting borders around the perimeter. This style often does not show the full potential of the garden and offers little intrigue or interest. Other aspects of the garden should be considered to maximise appeal, for example, terraced lawns, raised beds and sunken seating areas to create a three-dimensional feel. Similarly touch, sound and fragrance should also be included within the plan to add the fourth dimension. Examples of this would be the coolness of natural stone paving and cobble-setts under bare feet, the trickle of water over smooth pebbles, the swish of bamboos in a gentle breeze and the delicate fragrance of honeysuckle filling the air to introduce a feeling of well-being.

Home Decorating Ideas To Quickly Update Any Room Not all home decorating ideas require a heavy investment of time and money. If you’re looking for a few affordable home interior decorating ideas to freshen up a room over a weekend, try these tips: • Rearrange The Furniture - Pull your furniture away from the walls. Try positioning it at intriguing angles. For example, a sofa arranged diagonally across a narrow living room will make the room look wider. • Paint A Wall- Paint one wall your favourite colour and make it the focal point. Hang interesting art on that wall and move a nice piece of furniture there. (Note: Make sure that the colour is one that is shared with several other objects and fabrics in the room.) • Bring In Plants- Greenery always adds a breath of fresh air to a room. If you don’t have a green thumb, try silk plants and trees. The quality has gotten so good that its hard to distinguish them from the real thing.

• Lay An Area Rug- An area rug is a wonderful way of defining a conversation area. Try one that complements the room. Lay it at an angle beneath your coffee table. • Hang Pictures or Mirror- Hang pictures that reflect your personality. Try frames that are more ornate. When hanging a mirror, try and position it so that it reflects and nice view or an interesting architectural element. • Add Decorative Pillows- The good news about decorative pillows is that they are an easy way to add textures and patterns to a room. Still better, they can be changed to jazz up a sofa or chair before your room is ready for a major makeover.

Homes & Gardens Supreme Bathrooms Water Saving, take a SHOWER or a BATH? In response to the official drought in East Anglia, environment secretary Caroline Spelmen has already said that everyone should take a shower rather than a bath to save water. “We are doing all we can to reduce impact on agriculture and wildlife, but everyone can play their part” she said. She added “Households know how to use less water and everyone can do their bit to use water more wisely, not only through the summer but throughout the year.” Supreme Bathrooms have looked at their products in mind and have welcomed the call to use showers rather than baths. Its been acknowledged for sometime that showers are far more economical than

baths in terms of water use with a five minute shower using about a third of the water required for a bath. This can save 50 litres of water every time. With our new digital showers which have an eco setting to save water without compromising the quality of the shower and our eco toilet cisterns which will also save water and money, Supreme Bathrooms are getting ahead of the game. Taking a bath out and installing a quality British made shower enclosure with clear shield glass to prevent lime scale build up and an eco digital shower will not only save water and money, but it will also transform your bathroom into a modern and spacious room for you to enjoy.

Plus the use of wetwall panels instead of tiles within the shower will also save time and money when the common problem of mildew on grout starts to show. And don’t forget at Supreme Bathrooms we offer our customers the best sourced products from across Europe (Italy, Spain) and more importantly from Great Britain. Quality products at competitive prices is a key selling point for Supreme Bathrooms but more importantly we offer and back the products up with a wealth of experience, unlimited advice and a follow on customer service second to none. Super Slimmer Eats Her Way To An Incredible Weight Loss! Pulham St Mary has its very own slimming super star in the form of 28 year old Joanna Gardiner! Jo has given her health and well being a much needed boost by dropping five dress sizes and ‘eating’ her way to a svelte size 12.

Before

After

Above: Joanna Gardiner before and after her incredible weight lose.

Jo was inspired to begin her weight loss munching marathon in June 2007 after hearing how much a friend of hers was eating (and still losing weight!) with her local Slimming World group. “My friend explained how I could still eat mountains of the food I love and still lose weight” says Jo, “and this came shortly after I was mistaken as being pregnant in a pair of stretchy size 22 trousers. I decided the time for action had clearly arrived!” “I was so apprehensive about joining the group, I kept imagining it to be

something like the ‘Fat Fighters’ sketch in Little Britain. I was pleasantly surprised that it was nothing like its comedy counterpart; in fact it was the complete opposite – warm, welcoming, supportive and encouraging. However I was horrified to discover I had reached exactly 18 stone. My consultant assured me it was the last time I would ever see that weight on the scales.” A week into her new & healthier way of eating, Jo had ditched her previous diet of mayo filled white bread sandwiches and oven ready dinners for mountains of freshly cooked pasta dishes, steaks, home made curries and full English breakfasts. “I was beginning to worry that I could eat that much and lose any weight” Jo says, “but I was delighted when I lost 4lbs in my 1st week. And within just 5 weeks I had lost my 1st stone, still eating huge platefuls of slimming world versions of all my favourite meals.” As the pounds dropped

off, Jo saw her health improve week by week. “I used to suffer with terrible back ache and I was always tired - I would get out of breath just going up a flight of stairs. As I ate my way towards a slimmer me, all of the niggling aches and pains started to go away and my energy levels soared. Looking back it was hardly surprising considering that I had been carrying a whole extra person around with me!”

thought of any exercise when I was 18 stone was enough to send me diving for the sofa & TV remote!” Now Jo is following in the footsteps of the friend who encouraged her to join Slimming World four years ago - by becoming a consultant for the world famous slimming club herself. “I can’t wait to re launch the fabulous group I have attended for the last year in the beautiful surroundings of the Pennoyers Centre.

Within 14 months, Jo had reached her own personally chosen target weight of and her long forgotten size 12 figure, losing a total of 50 inches in the process. Jo says “once I achieved my target weight, I discovered that I suffer from poly cystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Now I know that I can manage the symptoms of PCOS without taking any medication, just by keeping my weight off.

Our vibrant and supportive group is the perfect opportunity for me to share my experiences with other slimmer’s who want to carry on eating their favourite foods and lose weight - just like I have.”

I now exercise on a regular basis, enjoying cycling and my Wii Fit! Just the

Jo will be waiting to let you in on the secrets of her success from Wednesday 14th September at 7.30pm, in the Pennoyers Centre, Pulham St Mary. Jo can be contacted on 07900 430 856 if you would like to join her.
