Source Photographic Archives An image library established in 1974 to preserve and make the work of contributing press, creative and documentary photographers available to publishers. This catalogue has a selection of photographs by Leo Daly with their library reference numbers. High resolution images are available to publishers, and many of the images are available on special order as archival quality prints. Other catalogues in this series include Ireland, Thematic images, Ironwork, Netherlands, Wild plants, Wynne 19th century West of Ireland, Corsica, France, Dublin, Mayo and lots more to come.

Leo Daly, prolific writer, broadcaster and photographer was a native of Mullingar, County Westmeath where he was a founding member of the Little Theatre. Among his publications was “Titles”, describing the life and times of some extraordinary local characters, “Oileann Arann” an illustrated guide to the Aran Islands in which many of the photographs here were included, and “James Joyce and the Mullingar Connection.” Born in 1920, Leo remained active and productive until his death in 2010.
