SPIRE offers track & field athletes the opportunity to significantly improve proficiency in their particular event via customized, small group instruction and performance training delivered by expert coaches and specialists.
At SPIRE Track and Field camps you will develop skills/improve performance, have fun and experience life lessons like: dealing with pressure, setting goals, maintaining focus and motivation and more.
Athletes can put their skills to the test at a number of summer track and field competitions held at SPIRE.
