Develop your lacrosse skills with professional coaching from Director & Head Coach of SPIRE Lacrosse, JD Harkey.
Receive individual and group instructon to sharpen areas of your game like shooting, stick handling, positioning and team tactics. Work with our Performance Training Team to implement an off-field training plan to add strength, speed, agility and flexibility to your game.
Experience life as a SPIRE Academy student athlete by training in our world class athle tic facilities and gaining valuable lessons on taking your lacrosse game to a new level.
