Four-day all-inclusive summer track and field camp with expert instruction at one of the best training facilites in the nation.

Unique to SPIRE Track and Field Camp, you will not only learn your event, but you will have a blast and learn many life lessons like how to deal with failure, how to set goals, how to maintain motivation, how to face the fears of competition, how to stay persistent and most of all, how to stay balanced.

SPIRE Performance Training is included and designed to develop core strength, power and flexibility.
This Track and Field program for high school and middle school athletes is designed to build a solid base, both mentally and physically, for the track and field athlete. Prepare your body and mind for more rigorous specific training to follow. We test the athlete in a series of track and field specific exercises before and after the program. Athletes will work on core strength, endurance, explosiveness and mental conditioning with SPIRE’s track and field, strength and conditioning and mental skills coaches.

SPIRE Track Club to offer Track and Field athletes the opportunity to take their skills to the next level with small group and more detailed instruction with their sport. This is a more serious and specific program than the developmental program.
