Weekly E-Tip Interactive Whiteboard – Templates – Vortex with pictures Remember the vortex sort activity? It’s brilliant with words, but now you also have it available with pictures. A vortex is a 2 side interactive activity for students to pull images into the proper vortex. If they choose incorrectly it’s pushed back out so it’s self-checking.

1. Select the gallery tab 2. Type “Vortex sort image” in the Gallery search box.

3. After entering the tool’s name in the search box and pressing the search button, click on the “Notebook Files & Pages” blue tab.

4.The gallery will open up, all you have to do is find the tool file, drag and drop it in to your working area.
5. Press “Edit” to get started. Type In the 2 vortex categories. You can enter up to 16 labels. The drop down menu beside each label assigns it to a category.
