Weekly E-Tip Interactive Whiteboard – Cloning Did you know you can clone letters, words or images on SmartBoard? How can you use it in class? You can ask your learners to drag symbols onto weather maps, labels onto diagrams, create a fridge magnet poetry and clone an array of connecting words, use cloned shapes and tessellations and ask them how many different shapes they can create, etc.
1. Click on the letter, word or image you want to clone. Click on the drop down menu and select the “Infinite Cloner” option.
2. If you have more than one objects to clone, you can select them all and follow the same steps + “Infinite Cloner”. You will see several drop down menus once you have selected multiple words or objects, you just have to click on one of the drop down buttons and it will work for all of objects you want to clone.
