Weekly E-Tip Interactive Whiteboard – Linking Files to your Notebook Using the Drag and Drop Did you know that you can link Word documents, Power Points, PDFs, audio files, videos etc to your Notebook? There is a very easy way of doing this, you just need to click on the file you want to add and drag it to your notebook.
Drag and drop
1. Adjust the size of the SMART Notebook window so that you can see both SMART Notebook and your desktop 2. Select a file that you would like to add to your notebook 3. Drag the file into the working area 4. SMART Notebook imports the file, and then a corner icon appears next to the file’s name 5. Click on the corner icon to open the linked file
