Why We Stop Working Out Many of us have great intention during our New Year’s Resolution To get rid of the fat, lose weight and get fit. But as we get more into our workout we become bored and find those excuses comforting. So, we ditch the workout and go to default mode. Guess what? We do the same thing in every area of our lives and wonder why nothing changes. Well, I am a firm believer in if you don’t like your life then change it. If you find yourself holding firmly to our excuses then shake them up. Change your routine. Go bowling, bellydancing or join a yoga group. Find something your brain isn’t accustomed to utilizing. This will help you to meet new people, discover more about yourself and transform your life..
