Learn about the history of scarecrows and make a mini scarecrow of your own, plant a fall flower garden using upcycled materials, and find creative ways to decorate a pumpkin. Take a fall hike to collect materials for a nature craft and then warm up around the fire with homemade spiced cider and s’mores. Experience the great outdoors and discover our Girl Scout camps and properties! We have four camps and two cabins in Nebraska for you to explore with your Girl Scout troop/group. We'll take a winter hike and enjoy the fresh winter air, then grab our fuzzy socks for a fireside hot cocoa bar. Build confidence with basic self-defense and teambuilding. Encounter basic medical scenarios, and law enforcement tools like the seatbelt simulator and alcohol impairment goggles.
