Meditation Meditation goes in different wave lengths, for example: Beta 15-30 Hz = Awake, normal alert consciousness Alpha 9-14 Hz = Relaxed, calm, meditation, creative visualisation Theta 4-8 Hz = Deep relaxation and meditation, problem solving. Delta 1-3 Hz = Deep, dreamless sleep Meditation has the ability to calm the mind and be peaceful. If you do it regularly you can be free from stress and worries, if not free from it you will feel it less so. In meditation our minds will gradually become more peaceful. Some people find it difficult to control the mind and keep those pesky thoughts out but not to worry, let them drift in and let them drift right back out. Meditation is not an act of doing, it is a state of awareness. Meditation is not Concentrating as this is an effort to fix the attention on an object or idea for a long period of time. Loss of Control With sounds, voices and movements have nothing at all to do with meditation or spirituality. These are symptoms of loss of awareness and maybe loss of control over some parts of ourselves. Why meditate then? As above it is a great stress reliever and stress reduction. You have the ability to contact your higher self, Guides, Angels and passed loved ones. Did you know meditation is also good for your health? * As above meditation lets you deal with stress easier and better than those who do not meditate. * Meditation is a great way to get to know your true self, you will get to see beyond the rose tinted glasses and see life for what it truly is intended for. * Meditation can help those who suffer from conditions such as arthritis better. In a study in 2011 called Annals of Rheumatic Disease it was said those who suffered with the condition and who meditated found their condition to be less painful, it also helped to lower their stress and fatigue. * It changes the way your brain think in a more productive way. Mind training or meditation can result in small brain changes that may be productive against mental illness. Meditation practice is linked with increased signalling connections in the brain.

So you want to learn to Astral Project? Can you imagine being able to go anywhere you want to in a second? Imagine where you could go, where would you go? What would you do? So what is Astral Projection? Astral Projection is the ability to project from your astral body. It is known as an out of body experience and is also what we do when we dream.
Astral Projection, especially if you have never done it before. If it does not happen for you when you planned, do not worry about it. Just keep practising and eventually it will happen. You might have projected but in such a deep state of conscious you did not remember it.
Your soul slips out of your physical body and your soul is then free to explore the world. To some people they think Astral Projection is like death, the soul leaving the body and yes in a sense it is but Astral Projection is safe, after all you do it while you sleep without realising. Your encounters may drain your energy or can actually cause you psychological harm. However, if you know who to protect yourself, keep your vibration high and keep fears away then Astra Projection is a safe experience. When Astral projecting I would always ask your Guides and Angels to step forward to also keep you as safe as possible. How do I do it? Try and master lucid dreaming first as this will help you go further and maybe quicker. Lucid dreaming helps to keep your mind conscious while your body is asleep. You can start by lying down or sitting in an upright chair, where ever you feel more comfortable.
Once you are able to project in your sleep your meditation can help to develop it further. Meditations are also a good way to develop spirituality, keeping a calm head and balanced. When you have mastered deep meditation you can then meditate with the intention to Astral Project as well. You will start to be more aware of the experience and what is going on around you. Let fear go and see where astral projection can take you. What are the entities waiting for me? Will they harm me? When we separate from our body it is natural to feel fear, some of the entities you may come across are not welcoming like in our waking life. Rising your vibration to get past them and keeping your Guides and Angels with you. Don’t tolerate astral bullies like you would on the Earth plane. Remember keep the bright white light around you, bring your Guides and Angels close and ask them to keep you safe while you astral project. Have fun.

The clouds are blocking out the warmth for you right now and it is also preventing from you seeing the clear picture to get all back on track but you have the experience to get through these setbacks. The situation may have damaged your enthusiasm and optimism and you may be questioning if you can really achieve what you want to. On the flip side you may be feeling a little too positive and your ideas are unrealistic right now. You have become out of touch of who you really are and more like walking on cloud 9 with your head in the clouds. You may not be true to yourself or others, you are also promising things that you know you cannot deliver. Ask whose around you for feedback, mostly to give yourself a reality check. There is nothing wrong with being positive but make sure it does not backfire.

Chakra Balancing & Development Exercise:
By: Dawn Rogers, CRMT & Intuitive Coach Carrying on from Balancing the Chakras & Strengthening the Aura Lie down or sit comfortably with your back supported. Close your eyes & take 3 deep breaths, blowing out all of your tensions on each exhale. In your mind’s eye see yourself floating over a lake of bright white light but still fluid like water. Focus your attention on your root center. Take a deep breath in & imagine a small stream of that white fluid light rising up from the lake & entering in through your root center. Breath in deeply again & vision that center beginning to glow a powerful red. Breathe in again & see that red glowing center gaining in size & brightness. Now focus your attention on your sacral center. Take a deep breath in and vision more of the bright white fluid light entering again through your root center but traveling up through the root center & beyond to your sacral center. Breathe in again & see this center begin to glow a vibrant orange. Breathe in again & see that orange glowing center gaining in size & brightness. Now focus your attention on your solar plexus center. Take a deep breath in & imagine more of that white fluid light rising up again flowing through your root center & your sacral center & up into your solar plexus. Breath in again, drawing more of the light in through your chakras & vision your solar plexus beginning to glow a wonderful yellow. Breathe in again & see that glowing yellow center gaining in size & brightness. Now focus your attention on your heart center. Take a deep breath in & imagine more of that white fluid light rising up again flowing through your root center & your sacral center & your solar plexus & into your heart center. Breathe in again, drawing more of the light in through your chakras & vision your heart center beginning to glow a brilliant emerald green. Breathe in again & see that glowing green center gaining in size & brightness. Now focus your attention on your throat center. Take a deep breath in & imagine more of that white fluid light rising up again flowing up through your root center & your sacral center & your solar plexus & your heart center & up into your throat center. Breathe in again, drawing more of the light in through your chakras & vision your throat center beginning to glow a beautiful sky blue. Breathe in again & see that glowing blue center gaining in size & brightness. Now focus your attention on your third eye. Take a deep breath in & imagine more of that white fluid light rising up again flowing up through your root center, your sacral center, your solar plexus, your heart center, throat center, & up into your third eye center. Breathe in again, drawing more of the light in through your chakras & vision your third eye center beginning to glow a deep indigo blue. Breathe in again & see that glowing deep blue center gaining in size & brightness. Now move your focus up to your crown center. Take a deep breath in & imagine more of that white fluid light rising up again flowing up through your root center, your sacral center, your solar plexus, your heart center, your throat center, your third eye center, & up into your crown center. Breathe in again, drawing more of the light in through your chakras & vision your crown center beginning to glow a cool violet. Breathe in again & see that glowing violet center gaining in size & brightness. Now breathe in deeply again & imagine the white fluid light flowing up through all of your chakras & shooting straight up & out through your crown chakra & raining back down over your entire body till you are covered completely by a fine bright white mist. Relax & enjoy this feeling, slowly bringing yourself back to waking consciousness when you’re ready.

Why do I feel so tired all the time?: Part 1 by Celia Fenn Many people who are going through the Indigo to Crystal shift find that intense fatigue and tiredness are two of the predominant symptoms of their shift. They feel exhausted all the time, and just want to sleep. And when they do sleep, they sleep deeply and do not want to get up. So, what is happening, and why do we feel this way. Archangel Michael explains that there are three different processes that cause the fatigue. These are: * Emotional Body Clearing * De-toxification of the Physical and Subtle Bodies * Full Multi-Dimensional Consciousness Each of these aspects can be handled in a different way. Emotional Body Clearing At the beginning of the process, we undergo intense emotional body clearing. This involves clearing the psyche and the subconscious of all old patterns of trauma and self-sabotage. The intensity of this process will depend on how much clearing you have already done in your preparation for ascension. I am a healer, and I helped many people to prepare, but never really found the time to fully complete my own process, so when I hit the transition I experienced intense emotional body processing for several months. The stuff just poured out of my subconscious, and I had weird dreams and anxiety attacks as I battled to process the trauma of my inner child. This kind of trauma release is exhausting! Some people don't fully realise what is happening, as they do most of their releasing through dream work at night. But those who suffer anxiety attacks are often doing this processing during the day. At this point you may need help to work with letting go of old patterns being held by the Inner Child. This is where you need to really do your Inner Child work. Find a good therapist, do a workshop, or find a good book, but let go of the patterns of your wounded child! And then understand that while you are doing this clearing you will be exhausted. You have spent most of your life repressing these energies. Processing them is hard work. But worth it! when you are finished you will have cleared your psyche of subconscious patterns of self-sabotage, and will be able to function from a space of complete clarity and purity of intention. De-Toxification of the Physical and Subtle Bodies This process of deep cleansing is associated with the processes mentioned above. As the emotions are released, so are all the old mental and physical blocks and patterns that are associated with them. These old "toxic" energies are passed through the subtle bodies and cleared through the physical. In addition, any old toxins that the physical body is holding will be cleared at this time. This process of cleansing and de-toxification puts considerable strain on the organs of elimination, being the kidneys and the liver. Hence many of you may experience having bags under your eyes, evidence of kidney stress, and digestive disturbances such as heartburn and flatulence, evidence of liver stress. In addition you may experience pains in the joints, which is also a characteristic of detoxification, as excess acids are released from their storage in the body.

Why do I feel so tried all the time: Part 2 In addition, these processes of elimination will also make you feel tired, and you may be prone to headaches - all symptoms of detoxification. That is why you will need to drink lots of clear, clean water and try to eat a healthy diet as far as is possible. Full Multi-Dimensional Consciousness This is the most exciting part, and happens throughout the process. It is responsible for the "spaciness" that so many of you are feeling. Archangel Michael asked me to explain this to you in terms of the frequencies of the brain waves. As you enter mutli-dimensional awareness, you expand the range of consciousness that your body can handle and the ways in which it is handled. The brainwave frequencies are as follows: * Beta- "normal" waking consciousness * Alpha - light meditation * Theta - deep meditation * Delta - the sleep state or deep hypnosis * Gamma - rapid eye movement or the deepest state of sleep/hypnosis where operations can be performed without pain A third-dimensional being functions in the Beta range, and moves into Alpha in states of creativity and prayer. A fifth-dimensional being functions between Beta/Alpha/Theta in the normal waking state. Your multi-dimensional awareness allows your consciousness to shift in this range, while you are awake!!! But this is what causes "fatigue". Your body has always recognised Theta as a state of deep relaxation prior to sleep, and so when your brain waves shift to Theta it sends you a message to say that you are tired and about to go to sleep! And so because we are conditioned to respond to that cue with tiredness and sleep, we feel that we need to go and sleep. A sixth-dimensional being in training for full 9D Christ Consciousness will be learning to move through Delta to Gamma in the normal waking state!! Now your body definitely thinks it's asleep!! The trick is to learn to move with these states, without panicking or getting "lost" in a dream-like state. Those of us who are doing this work often feel like we are living in a slow-mo dream world, and this is in fact true. We are living in the dream state in our waking consciousness. This will take a while to master, but once mastered it is the key to immense creativity and the manifestation of "miracles". In this deep state of consciousness we can literally bend and shape time and matter with pure intention. So, understand that your body is learning to adapt to a different range of brain-wave frequencies. A Note of Caution Please be careful when in any of the above states that you are aware of the following: * Stay Grounded. Work at keeping in your body. Do not take recreational drugs or smoke dope at this time, it will interfere with the natural expansion of consciousness. * Distinguish between real tiredness and expanded consciousness. Be kind to yourself. If you feel tired - rest. In fact, you will need significant amounts of rest as you pass through this process. if you try to overdo things you will become hyper and will probably crash into exhaustion anyway. * Be careful. If you are driving a car, concentrate and focus. So many people are having accidents because they are unaware of what happens when their brain shifts frequencies. It is just a matter of being grounded and concentrating. Tell your body and your guidance that for the duration of the journey you need to be able to concentrate fully on what you are doing. * Relax - it will pass. Soon you will become used to working with these different frequencies. I have begun to have a lot of fun with the dreamy, spacey state, and I am learning to use the creativity that it engenders. I am also learning how to shift frequencies at will. Yes, we are truly becoming Crystal or Christen.

Spirit Guides: What are they? How do I connect? Spirit Guides are known as incorporeal beings. They are assigned to us when we are born, they are there to help guide us through our life as well as helping us fulfil our spiritual path. Your higher self helps select these guides, who help us while we are living out our incarnation. So who are they? Your main Guides are assigned to you throughout your life, while others may come and go once their role is completed or to help you with a specific situation or area in your life. Some of your guides can have a male or female energy, all at different levels themselves. Spirit Guides are just energy. They can be guides who had physical incarnations or sometimes they have never taken a corporeal form. How do my Guides help me? Spirit Guides can see what is going on throughout our lives and when it is time for them to guide or intervene in someway they can do this in many ways. The first way is they like to send us signs, signs of different kinds and in anyway that they can to get our attention. Pay attention to the signs when they happen to you, maybe something will happen over and over until you pay notice of it. Maybe you will hear a song playing all day on the same spot or you see the same numbers in different time frames, they are all signs that need paying attention to. Do you have gut feelings? These are also signs that you need to pay attention to and listen. Following your gut feelings are more likely to be a good idea, they get you out of trouble, they can warn you against someone or just having a feeling that something is night right. Guides talk to you, all the time...you just don't hear it. Why? Because in our walking life we are so busy, our
minds having different thoughts flying in and out, this is called the Beta state (awake). Your intuition pays a vital role with your guides and yourself. Have you ever been driving, walking or doing something and all of a sudden you heard 'someone' talking to you? Warning you? Asking you to pay attention or say something to you? This is your Guide. A lot of us hear our intuition but choose to ignore it, pay more attention or tune into your intuition more and realise the information you can receive.
Listen to your intuition more, it is there for a reason. Listen to your intuition and see what happens, were you right? Go with your gut feelings, they are also there for a reason to guide you through life and away from harms away. If something doesn't feel right, it probably isn't and isn't for a reason.
Watch out for those signs as mentioned above. However, awareness of your chakras open or closed is a good first step. You can visualise your chakras opening up, starting from your Root, Saceal, Navel, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and then Crown. Chakras are the energy vortices in the body that respond to glands, arteries, veins and nerves. Energy flows in and out of your chakras every single day whether you are aware of it or not. When your chakras are healthy, balanced and unblocked from negative energies you will find you will be more able to function better and feel more at peace. Should I keep my chakras open or closed? This is always a topic that is open for discussion. Personally I believe keeping your chakras open all the time is like keeping your front and back door open all night. You are letting yourself get drained quicker than you normally would from those around you and from Energy Vampires. You may be more susceptible to illnesses. But others believe in keeping them open you are letting the flow of energy be optimal. When should I open them then? It is said when you close your chakras for a long period of time they can get ‘rusty’, stale and unhealthy. I would agree with this. Charkas need to be opened at least every few days to keep the energy circulating and healthy. This also keeps them strong. You can open up your chakras when you are trying to empathise with someone or around loved ones. Any spiritual work such as meditation, reading for others, mediumship etc as this also keeps your intuitions sharp. When you are receiving or giving Reiki or any other healing work, balancing or aligning them. Keep them open even if you are receiving medical treatment as it is likely to penetrate deeper. When is best to close them? As above do not keep your chakras open all the time due to letting in negative energy that can drain you. I would not also open them when you are surrounded by negative people or situations that you do not feel comfortable in as this can lower your vibrations significantly. Are you going to visit someone who is ill in hospital or has mental health issues? As much as you might want to help them you are likely to
