Introduction Welcome to the 9th Year of Aberdeen’s Golden Games! This free festival of sport and activity is the perfect opportunity for the older adults of Aberdeen to explore a range of sports and activities across an assortment of venues around the City. The opportunities to stay active as we age are ever increasing, with something for everyone, from gentle seated exercise through to more physically demanding activities. The Golden Games provides an environment for you to try something new in a safe and welcoming environment with no commitment and no cost to you. The Active Aberdeen Partnership want to “Activate the City” and encourage the people of Aberdeen to pledge that they will be more active more often. Come and join us.

An instructor led introductory session on our slopes for anyone new Aberdeen Snowsports Centre to the sport of skiing. Equipment provided.
