FOR BATTLE What does the Canberra Raiders mean to you? For me it’s pulling on the Green Jersey each week and representing our region, our past greats and most importantly our members. Every time we take the field as players I’m proud to be representing all of you as are the rest of my team mates. All we ask in return is for your continued support and the best way to do this is to become a member of the Club. Being a member of the Raiders is about being part of the Raiders family and bleeding Green. It’s time to get Canberra Stadium full again and return to the days where the Raiders were the most feared away trip on the NRL calendar. Your support can help us achieve our goal and we look forward to seeing more members on board in 2012.

There are three ways you can join to become a member. 1. Jump online at www.raiders.com.au/membership 2. Call the membership team on (02) 6253 3515 3. Come in to Raiders HQ to sign up at 2 Eade Street, Bruce

You need to call Raiders HQ as soon as possible on (02) 6253 3515 so your membership card can be cancelled and reissued. Please note a fee of $10 will be incurred for the replacement card.

Where can I collect my membership package from?

What constitutes a family membership?
A
A family membership consists of two adults and two children, or one adult and three children. As a renewing member, what date do I have to renew by to keep my same seat?
Due to our growing membership numbers and the lack of storage space at Raiders HQ, in 2012 all membership packages will be posted direct to each member’s door. This saves you a trip into Raiders HQ and the inconvenience of having to make time to come in and collect your membership package. This means that packages cannot be collected from Jerseys Megastore at any time as redemption vouchers will not be issued.
As a member of the Canberra Raiders you are entitled to preferential access to All Stars, State of Origin, NRL Finals and Grand Final tickets. For renewing members you would have received your AAN from the NRL during the 2011 Season. That same number will again be your AAN for the 2012 Season. Please ensure you keep your number on hand for when the purchasing windows open.

In 2012, all membership packs will be sent directly to each member’s door. This now means that packs cannot be collected from Raiders HQ or Jerseys Megastore, instead they will be directly shipped within 28 days to the member’s door after the membership has been purchased. This is a much more convenient way to receive your membership pack and saves you a trip into Raiders HQ. PRINTING OF MEMBERSHIP CARDS

If you are a renewing member you will have to renew by 25 November, 2011 to ensure that you will retain the same seat you had in season 2011.

Why are the membership cards no longer printed at Raiders HQ?
For new members, you will be issued with an AAN by the NRL, via email and post. This is all you need to purchase tickets, prior to them being made available to the public.

Do I have to pay postage on my membership?

No. In 2012 the postage cost has been built into the cost of your membership and will not appear as an additional charge.

Due to the higher degree of sophistication and personalisation required on your membership card this year, they need to be sent off-site for printing and distribution by a specialist card printer. Printing facilities at Raiders HQ are no longer compatible with the quality of membership card required.

Who can obtain a concession rate on their membership?

How long after I purchase my membership will I receive it?

The Canberra Raiders offer concession discounts to all full time students, pensioners and seniors card holders. These cards must be presented at the time of purchase otherwise the concession rate will not apply and you will be charged under the adult rate.

In 2012, membership is being done a little differently. Both your membership card and your membership package will be sent directly to your door. After you purchased your membership, it will take 28 days for you to receive your entire membership package and membership card. It is important to note that the card and package will arrive separately.
