Dos Santos began his career with the Montreal Impact's reserve team, TroisRivieres Attak FC of the Canadian Soccer League in 2007. After several titles, Dos Santos became the Impact head coach in 2009 and led Montreal to CONCACAF Champions League qualification and a USL First Division title before transitioning to USSF Division 2 in 2010 and the NASL the following year. In 2012, Dos Santos moved to Brazil to focus on youth development with FC Primeira Camisa U20s and SE Palmeiras U15s, winning a Copa do Brasil U15 championship with the latter. Dos Santos returned to Canada in 2013 to take charge of the Ottawa Fury ahead of their NASL expansion season.

NIKOLA POPOVIC Assistant Coach Nikola Popovic has extensive experience coaching in Europe, having most recently been an assistant coach at Benfica B. A dual citizen of Portugal and Serbia who was born in Belgrade, Popovic has coached in Portugal with CD Olivais e Moscavide (200507), Varzim SC (200710), Sertanese FC (201314) and Benfica B (201516). He also coached in Bulgaria with FC Vihren Sandanski (2007) and Chernomorets Burgas (201011). Popovic made further stops with the Cape Verde National Team (2010), Spanish side AD Ceuta (2010) and Qatari sides Al Dahfra (201112) and Aspire Academy (2014). ALEC DUFTY Goalkeeper Coach Alec Dufty spent the 2015 season in the USL with Toronto FC II. While with the club, the TFC II goalkeeping corps finished third in the USL with 125 saves and starting goalkeeper Quillan Roberts placed second in the league in save percentage (.766) and third in saves per game (4.80). Dufty had previously coached collegiately at Florida Gulf Coast University and the University of Illinois at Chicago. A former MLS player, Dufty began his career with the New York Red Bulls in 2009 before joining the MLS reserve goalkeeper pool. In 2010, Dufty joined USSF D2 Pro League side AC St. Louis, before returning to MLS with the Chicago Fire later that same year. He announced his retirement and focused on coaching at the conclusion of the 2011 season.

JOSH MCALLISTER Fitness Coach Josh McAllister joined the Sporting KC organization in early 2015 as the Academy fitness coach, and has now transitioned into a new role with the Swope Park Rangers. While with the Academy, McAllister assisted Mateus Manoel with the first team, but his primary focus was developing fitness regimens and strength programs for each Academy age group. A Marshalltown, Iowa native, McAllister graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2008 and coached with Heartland Soccer Club, West Des Moines Soccer Club and Sporting Iowa before completing a yearlong internship with MLS side the Portland Timbers in 2014. Immediately prior to joining Sporting KC, McAllister enjoyed a successful spell as an assistant coach for the Drake University Men's Soccer Team.
