Current Activities this Week: Site/Playing field/Bowl: Grading at Plaza is onging. Seating installation is ongoing. Concrete retaining walls installation is ongoing. Concrete stair pouring and forming is ongoing. Concrete Flatwork: East side walk pours are nearly complete. South concrete walk is complete. Plaza flatwork near south breezeway is ongoing. Masonry: Finishing concourse exterior walls is ongoing. Plaza wall block is ongoing. Stone: NW elevation stone is complete. Stone on field face of Victory Suite is nearly complete. Cast stone installation is ongoing.

Steel: Bowl handrail is ongoing. Gate frame installation at Portal’s is ongoing. Roofing and Sheet metal: Canopy deck flashing installation is ongoing. Final roof penetration seals will be complete. Metal panels on East elevation will be complete. Metal panels on north mezz interior soffit are ongoing. Concession metal panel installation is ongoing.

Polycarbonate: Area 2- Polycarbonate installation is ongoing. Area 3- Polycarbonate installation is ongoing. Metal Stud Framing/Drywall/Ceilings: Area 3-Drywall installation and finishing will be complete. DAFS installation is nearly complete. Ceiling grid installation is ongoing on all levels. Ceiling tile is ongoing in concessions. Glass/Doors/Hardware: Installation of Press level Solar innovation sliders is ongoing. Installation of Supporter’s Club curtain wall is complete. Installation of OH doors at Supporter’s Club is complete. Installation of wood doors is complete on Press. Storefront at NE concourse Retail is complete. MEP: Ductwork installation is ongoing on the East side field level. Plumbing rough in is ongoing on the East side field level. Fixtures and devices installation in Area 1 is nearly complete. Tie -in of canopy gutters to downspouts is ongoing. South ad panel installation is ongoing. Installation of speakers/lights in ceiling tiles is nearly complete on all levels in Area 1. MEP connections of concession equipment is ongoing. Site electrical branch conduits are ongoing. Large underground Plaza conduit installation is ongoing. Light patterns are showing on South Scoreboard. Water will be live on the building. Preliminary fire alarm device testing is ongoing.

Elevators:. P1 installation is ongoing. Painting: Area 3 – Field level paint is ongoing. Sealing of exposed concrete floors is ongoing. Painting of field walls is nearly complete. Resinous floor in NE Retail and Supporter’s Club is complete. Painting of terrace seating walls is complete. Tile/Carpet/Finishes: Tile installation in club areas at Suite and Press levels is complete. Tile in Victory Suite is ongoing. Carpet installation in Suite corridor is complete. Tile in VIP Entrance is nearly complete. Wood base installation will be complete in Suite and Press. Carpet on Press Level is ongoing. Casework for Press Buffett is ongoing. Suite countertop installation is nearly complete. Victory Suite and Suite Club backbar installation is ongoing.

Food Service: Installation of beer towers is ongoing. Equipment install is ongoing in all areas. Installation of soda lines from Pepsi will begin. Caulking and completion of Commissary will be complete. Projected Activities occurring next Week: Concrete Flatwork: East side will be complete. Plaza flatwork will be ongoing.

Glass: Installation of Solar innovation sliders at back of suites on Press level to be ongoing. MEP: Energizing mechanical equipment for commissioning/start up will be ongoing. Installation of traffic and network fiber will be ongoing. Installation of building network will be ongoing. Plaza electrical underground will be complete. Scoreboard/AV rack terminations will be ongoing. Coolers will be running. Test patterns will be shown on scoreboards.

Paint: Painting at Field level to be ongoing. Sealing of concrete floors to be ongoing. Painting of bowl and hallow metal doors will be complete. Painting of Supporter’s Club cable tray will be complete. Tile/Carpet/Finishes: Carpet in Press Suites will be ongoing. Carpet in Press Club will be ongoing.
