MLS: Aiyegbusi was drafted 20th overall in the second round

MLS: Selected 8th overall in the first round of the 2009 MLS

of the 2010 MLS SuperDraft by Kansas City. Later that year, he made his professional debut in the opening game of the 2010 MLS season against D.C. United. Aiyegbusi made seven more appearances for KC throughout the course of the 2010 and 2011 MLS seasons, also earning time in three friendlies.

SuperDraft, Besler had a breakout year in 2011 for SKC playing the full 90 in 32 games at center back yet adding two goals and three assists. His goal away to D.C. clinched first place in the Eastern Conference while his long throw-in resulted in a SKC goal five times in 2011. Besler was named a 2011 MLS All-Star and the team’s Defensive Player of the Year.

after training with the club during the summer. Joseph appeared for Sporting Kansas City during an international friendly against Newcastle United FC at LIVESTRONG Sporting Park.

Acquired by Kansas City in exchange for Abe Thompson and allocation money in September of 2009. In 2010, Kamara earned the team’s Golden Boot and Most Valuable Player awards, scoring 10 goals and adding six assists. Kamara maintained his ownership of Golden Boot in 2011 with nine goals and lead the team in points with 22. His scissor kick against Toronto won At&T goal of the week and was an MLS Goal of the Year finalist.

Other Professional: Joined Aigle Noir Athletique Club in nation Port-au-Prince, Haiti in 2004. The club won the Division 1 Ligue Haïtienne, or Digicel D1, in 2006 and qualified for the 2006 CFU Club Champions' Cup.

International: Joseph earned his first international appearance in a 2010 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Netherlands Antilles. Joseph has continued to represent Haiti, most recently in two World Qualifiers in October of 2011 against US Virgin Islands and Curacao.

International: Member of Sierra Leone National Team including Leone Stars’ in 2010 World Cup Qualifying campaign and qualification matches for the 2012 African Cup of Nations.

MLS: Sassono played his first three seasons in MLS for the

Following the 2010 season, Sassano entered the MLS Re-Entry Process and was selected by the LA Galaxy in Stage 2 before he was trades to Kansas City for the rights to Frankie Hejduk. Sassano signed a contract with SKC in January playing nine games for Kansas City before spraining his MCL against Seattle. Sassano’s lone goal of the season came in 4-1 victory at FC Dallas.

International: On January 21, 2011 Sapong made his debut for the senior side of his country in 1-0 win over Venezuela in a Friendly Match. He earned his second appearance just four days later in 1-0 victory over Panama at Panama City.

MLS: Sinovic entered Major League Soccer in 2010 as a

Sinovic was left exposed for SKC in the 2011 MLS Expansion Draft and was selected by expansion side Montreal Impact. Five days later Sinovic was traded back to KC with allocation money for Davy Arnaud.

2011 MLS SuperDraft. He was diagnosed with a femoral condyle defect in his right knee during preseason of his rookie year and missed the entire 2011 injury recovering form surgery. Warzycha is now back to 100 percent going into 2012.

MLS: Zusi was selected 23rd over in the 2nd round of the 2009 MLS SuperDraft. However, it was not until 2011 that the Maryland standout really flourished. Zusi had a breakout seasoin in 2011 earning MLS Breakout Player of the Year honors. Zusi scored five goals in 2011 and added nine assists. Five of his nine assists were game winning assists. Zusi earned MLS Player of the month for the month of June and MLS Player of the Week in week 23.

International: In January of 2012 Zusi made his debut for the USMNT starting in friendlies agains Venezuela and Panama. Both games were 1-0 victories, Zusi scored the lone goal against Panama in Panama City.

MLS: In 2000, Bobby Convey became the youngest player

MLS: In 2005 Nagamura joined the LA Galaxy, where he won

ever to sign with MLS at the time at age 16. Convey was taken in the first round of the SuperDraft by D.C. United and played 22 games in his rookie season. In 2001 he was voted to the MLS AllStar Team but could not play due to injury. Midway through 2004, Convey left MLS only to return in 2009 when he signed with San Jose. In 2010 and 2011, Convey was again selected for the MLS All-Star Team. On December 2, 2011 Sporting Kansas City acquired Convey by trading an international roster slot to the San Jose. Convey spe

both the MLS Cup and the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup in his first season. He appeared in 54 games for the Galaxy in two seasons before being taken by Toronto FC in the Expansion Draft in 2007. Nagamura was dealt to Chivas USA as part of a trade in May of 2007. He appeared in 88 games for Chivas USA. He became a 2009 MLS All-Star. On November 29, 2011 Sporting Kansas City acquired Nagamura in a trade with Chivas USA.

Other Professional: Signed with England’s Reading FC playing in 110 total games from 2004-2009.

International: Made 46 appearances for the USMNT.

Michael Thomas

MLS: Peterson was drafted 21st overall by the Colorado in

MLS SuperDraft by San Jose Earthquakes. He opted to go overseas before coming back to MLS in 2012 and signing with Sporting Kansas City on January 18, 2012.

Selected to travel to England in 2006 and Spain in 2007 with MLS Generation adidas team alongside Kei Kamara. In 2010, Peterson was traded to Toronto and he appeared in 37 games before being traded to SJ in July of 2011 as part of a multiplayer trade. On January 19, 2011 Peterson signed with SKC.

Other Professional: Thomas opted to sign with Halmstads BK of the Allsvenskan in 2010. In July of that same year, Thomas moved to Ljungsile SK also in Swidish top division.

International: Peterson was a member of the U.S. Under-17 MNT that advanced to the round of 16 at the 2003 FIFA U-17 World Championships in Finland. Later he earned a place with the U-20’s and traveled to Japan with the U-23’s for two games in 2007.

Enjoyed a standout senior season, starting all 22 matches for the Chanticleers helping record seven shutouts as the team went 184-0 and reached the second round of the 2011 NCAA Tournament before falling to eventual champions UNC. Hedrick was selected to the 2011 NCSS Men’s Division I All-South Atlantic Team by the NSCAA and First Team All- Big South. He also earned Big South Defensive Player of the Year honors and was named to the 2011 NSCAA Men’s Collegiate Scholar All-American First Team.

A two-time All-Pac-12 selection, Singh attended the 2012 Player Combine in Fort Lauderdale, where he was teammates with Sporting kansas City 2012 SuperDraft selection Dom Dwyer.

College: Antonijevic played at Valparaiso University and was named the Horizon League Defensive Player of the Year in 2011. Despite playing primarily as a central defender, Antonijevic recorded eight goals and three assists in 59 appearances over three seasons for the Crusaders. He earned Second Team AllHorizon League honors his sophomore and junior seasons, and was a First Team All-League honoree and NSCAA All-Great Lakes Region First Team selection in 2011.

College: Punyed was a four-year contributor at St. John’s University. Punyed was named co-BIG EAST Midfielder of the Year in 2011 after scoring four goals and contributing three assists for the Red Storm this fall. Punyed tallied 10 goals and six assists in 84 games played at St. John’s.

College: Miller attended Rockhurst University. The Overland Park, Kan. native and St. Thomas Aquinas graduate anchored a Hawks’ defense which allowed only seven goals during the 2011 season, fewest in the nation, and helped the team reach the NCAA Tournament quarterfinals. Miller appeared in 80 matches in his collegiate career, recording three goals and seven assists, and enjoyed a standout senior season in 2011 that saw him receive recognition including All-Conference, All-Midwest and AllAmerica honors.

Spangler redshirted in 2007, before climbing the record books in 2008. He started just five games freshman year, before becoming a staple of the Oregon State defense the following three years. Spangler is third all-time in school history in saves (244), third in solo shutouts (11) and also owns two of the top-ten seasons in terms of saves (2010 - 77; 2011 - 68) at Oregon State. Spangler was a 2009 All-Pac-10 Honorable Mention selection and that same season was named to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week for Nov. 2-8.
