The Fall 21 collection is designed for the outdoor adventure lifestyle, and is a combination of rugged expedition style and Sportiqe comfort. For traditional prints Plastisol is commonly used as a textile ink for screen-printing and as a coating. They are the most commonly used inks for printing designs on to t-shirts and various apparel applications and are particularly useful for printing opaque graphics on dark fabrics. Plastisol inks are recommended for printing on colored fabric and can retain a bright image for many years with proper care. Most Plastisols need to be heated to about 180 degrees celsius (350 Fahrenheit) for full curing. Plastisol tends to sit atop the threads instead of soaking into them, giving the print a raised texture.

Distressed printing gives your garment a completely soft worn out look. This soft hand feel and worn look will make your apparel feel like your favorite old shirt. Distressed printing works well over seams and can be done on virtually any fabric.

4 color process is essentially using cyan, magenta, yellow and black translucent inks and blending them to create a variety of colors. This can only be done on white and natural colored garments.

Simulated process is similar to 4 color process but for dark garments. Regular plastisol inks are blended to create a variety of colors.

Vinyl tranfers involve a process of cutting high quality vinyl paper into the desired shape or graphic, then applied to the garment with a heat press.

Foil uses an adhesive that is screen printed in the traditional way, then foil is applied over the top and heat pressed on. Foil printed t-shirts and foil printed items have a high-end elegant look and feel. Especially when printed on a dark shirt the foil really stands out.

Glitter ink is when metallic flakes become an additive in the ink base to create a “glitter” effect.

Similar to glitter, metallic ink has smaller particles suspended in the ink.
