How to Sign In Step One

• C R E AT E a 4 3 1 S p o r t s a c c o u n t i f y o u d o n ’ t already have one. • Click the ‘Sign In’ link in the top right corner and then click the ‘SIGN UP’ button in the pop-up. • Yo u w o n ’ t b e a b l e t o a c c e s s R o s t e r A d m i n functionality unless you have a 431 Sports


How to Sign In Step Two • The Organization Manager for your club must give you Roster Admin access with the email address you used to create your account. • Yo u w i l l r e c e i v e a n a u t o m a t i c e m a i l f r o m u s o n c e t he Organi zation Manager has given you Roster Admin access. • O n c e t h a t i s c o m p l e t e c l i c k t h e ‘ F i n d Y o u r Te a m Store’ link at the top right.


How to Sign In Step Three

Click the ‘Click Here’ link to go to the Roster Admin sign in page.


How to Sign In Step Four

Enter your Roster Admin account email address and password and click ‘Sign In’


How to Sign In Step Five

Select your club from the drop-down menu. Only clubs associated with your account will be seen in the menu.


How to Sign In Step Six

You’ve made it to your club’s roster admin page. You can now create, edit or delete teams, change team templates, and resend player emails.


Create or Edit Teams Step One

On the homepage of your roster admin page click the ‘Create or Edit Teams’ link.


Create or Edit Teams Step Two

Click on the ‘Team Name’ dropdown menu and select the [Create New Team] option.


Create or Edit Teams Step Three

Enter the team name and select a gender, age group and contract. Contracts and templates are the same thing and are used throughout the playerPASS experience.


Create or Edit Teams Step Four

Once you select a contract you will be able to upload a roster. Download our template CSV file to make this quick and easy. After uploading a roster click the ‘SUBMIT ROSTER’ button. You also have the option to type each player in line by line. If you choose this option click ‘SAVE ROSTER’ and then click ‘SUBMIT


Create or Edit Teams Step Five

After your roster has been uploaded click ‘SUBMIT ROSTER’ for player ordering pages to be built and for our system to email parents a link to their player ordering page.


Create or Edit Teams Step Six

If you’d like to add a message that will only show up for players on this team enter your message in the ‘Admin Message’ section. Typical notes include practice times and locations or instructions to order two pairs of game socks.


Change Team Contracts Step One

On the homepage of your roster admin page click ‘Create or Edit Teams’


Change Team Contracts Step Two

Click on the ‘Team Name’ dropdown menu and select the team you’d like to edit.


Change Team Contracts Step Three

Click on the ‘Contract’ dropdown menu and select the contract you’d like for this team.


Change Team Contracts Step Four

Click the ‘SAVE ROSTER’ button at the bottom.


View Status & Resend Player Emails

On the homepage of your roster admin page click the ‘View Teams’ button.

Click on the ‘Team Name’ dropdown menu and select the team you’d like to view.


View Status & Resend Player Emails

Click the ‘Email All’ button to resend order emails to every player on this team, or click the envelope to email players individually.


Status Codes -Newly created – player has been set up but email has not been sent yet.

-Invitation email sent – Invitation email has been sent but player has not been to the page yet. -Visited site to view items – the player has been to their player page online but has not purchased anything online. -Purchased items – The player has been to their


Change Team Names Step One

On the homepage of your roster admin page click the ‘Create or Edit Teams’ link.

Click on the ‘Team Name’ dropdown menu and select the team you’d like to edit.

Click on the ‘Change Team Name’ link


Change Team Names Step Four

Enter the new team name in the ‘Update Team Name’ field and then click the ‘SAVE ROSTER’ button.
