Tennis Court Resurfacing - - - Step by Step Instructions


Step 1: Clean and power blow the courts

using a 2,000-4,000 psi pressure washer and a power blower.


Step 2: Remove excess dirt and rout the crack as needed and insert the crack filler into the crack.


Step 3 : Fix depressions by pouring court patch binder into the deepest area and raising the area with this material in order to help eliminate the depressions


Step: 4 Apply acrylic resurfacer to tennis courts. Mix as per instructions, varying amounts of clean silica sand depending on the condition of the court.


Step: 5 Apply 2 -3 coats of Color Coat Concentrate Always keep a fresh supply of water on site to ensure that all tools are cleaned of after use


Step: 6 Stripe the court. Make sure that you have a helper and plenty of chalk and a chalk line


Step: 7 Paint your court. Use painter´s masking tape to paint lines
