Concept

Water is a necessity for living . The studies have shown that there was liquid flowing on the surface of Mars.We come up with the concept of water bank, using the combination of biological function and architectural design to explore the possibility of using water on Mars. At the same time, it responses to the current water problems caused by the extreme climate on earth,to maintain a livable future city.

Concept

School is located at the outskirts area, which is a self-sufficient community. Unlike other “Metropolitan” school, THU is more like a “Community” University that has the least influence from the commercial world.The campus landscape becomes a unique and iconic symbol of THU, which is very different from other schools. It becomes a strong elements to unite students, teachers and alumnis. The campus design improves important traffic lines, smoother traffic between people and vehicles, and integrates future traffic.

Concept

As the whole story of SEQALU is promoting the idea of diversity, which is also the core value that has driven today's Taiwan to be a cosmopolitan country. The complex process of the incident also revealed the cultural conficts of the diverse ethnic groups in Taiwan at that time, and the historically ambiguous regionality of borders also brought the value of symbiosis, coexistence, co-prosperity, and sustainability to Taiwan.The characteristics of the Hundred Pace Snake, such as pointed head, wide cheeks, and triangular pattern on the back, are the key elements on the decorative materials. The shape of the snake body can be bent and changed depends of the numbers of snake combination. The body pattern has been Simplified, forming triangles, diamonds, squares and nets.

Concept

The treehouse module concept is from the river Charente, which cut Vibrac into many pieces of small islands. This concept developed into two main ideas. Firstly, we use the idea of the river cutting the marshland as the curve cutting the mass of the tree-house, creating the organic shapes to respond to nature. After cutting the mass of the tree-house module, the void line becomes the circulation of the buildings to link each space and also link with one of the popular local activity kayaks.
