1 banana, frozen 1 cup milk, low-fat ¼ cup peanut butter 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Peel the banana. Place the banana, milk, peanut better, maple syrup and vanilla into a blender. Blend well and serve. Got peanut allergies? Swap the peanut butter with WOWButter or other allergy-friendly substitute. Same thing for dairy. Swap the milk for your favorite dairy free alternative.
