MOOD + INSPIRATION In previous years, general health was spoken about in the physical realm; eating healthier, exercising, etc. Today, living in the time of social distancing, the conversation of mental health has boomed.
According to FitBit, meditation is up 2900%. Apps like Calm and Headspace rose to the top of the download lists. People have found investing in themselves and their surroundings is the best way to be able to relax, whether it’s creating your own at home spa, visiting a local beach, or meditating daily.
REST AND RELAXATION GRAPHIC INSPIRATION
Soft pastels and calming watercolors are used to create a relaxed decoration for comfy tees and cotton totes. Imagery of relaxation methods can be used to help relay the need to unplug and breathe. Statements such as Take it Easy or Breathe can be used to remind consumers and employees to take time to regroup and decompress.
