Our newly re-designed monthly sales flyer is another great vehicle for you to showcase your products. Available in-store and online, it reaches approximately 500,000 customers per month. All of the featured products are on sale for the entire month. The flyer has been expanded to 24 pages, leaving ample room for product photos and descriptions.

Sprouts Farmers Market’s monthly eNewsletter (digital only; no print copies available) is the go-to place for food tips, recipes and new product information. It also informs shoppers of our online webinars and promotions, and includes two exclusive, high-value coupons for our most interesting items. Distribution is approximately 500,000 inboxes, with open and click-through rates well above industry average. All of our In a Nutshell subscribers have opted in – we do not pay for monthly eNewsletter subscribers. In a Nutshell is a great way to reach Sprouts’ growing network of loyal online followers, while positively increasing brand exposure and conversion.

Each Tuesday, an electronic version of the weekly ad is sent to more than 300,000 Sprouts subscribers. This is a great vehicle to target customers, as our weekly specials email can segmented by store, region or ad version. Perfect for testing out an offer or introducing new products with limited availability!

Our Marketing Team recommends tying your content in to a key dietary attribute if possible. Gift your awesome swag to our newest customers! Electronics, sporting equipment, trips, a year’s supply of product (in the form of coupons), and more – we’ll raffle them off during the Grand Opening period.

If you are a part of Sprouts’ local program, sample your products at the preview party the Tuesday prior to opening (for the preview party or the after-opening schedule sign up with Direct Demos & Merchandising – see page 18 for contact info).

If you have fabulous items to share during the Grand Opening period, email Ryann Haenel at ryannhaenel@sprouts.com so the Team is aware of the item’s availability. We’ll need to know when and how the item will be made available to the winning customer (in-store or via fulfillment afterwards). Please note that any corresponding displays or additional product that may be ordered to support the item is coordinated through the Category Manager. Also, be aware that the manufacturer or broker is responsible for any applicable tax paperwork for all gifts worth more than $599.

All demos are coordinated through Direct Demos & Merchandising, so all you have to do is confirm your attendance with them. Include the following information: name of on-site representative(s), product name, all applicable SKUs. On the day of the event, your team must show up at least an hour before the event is scheduled to begin, and you must provide your own supplies, including table, samples, spoons, napkins, etc.

Sprouts offers free, cutting-edge health and wellness events both in-store and online. You’ll find new educational workshops and health clinics in select stores every month as well as live wellness webinars on hot topics right at your fingertips! These free events provide an opportunity for our customers to interact with nutritional experts, such as doctors, authors, food scientists, product formulators and chefs.

Coming in 2015!

Build momentum by getting it into the hands (and mouths) of those who are on the front lines every day: Sprouts team members! Vendor partners can create brand advocates by offering Sprouts in-store team members a free sample of their product through automatic coupons. Share new items, new flavors or line extensions with “Sprouties” as soon as items are on the shelves. Coupons will be automatically loaded onto team member discount cards, with no printed coupons. This means immediate savings for the team member, and reduced paper waste.
