MANGO SALSA Makes about 3 cups INGREDIENTS • 1/2 cup cilantro • ⅓ red onion • 1 jalapeño, deseeded • 2 cups mango chunks • 1 cup pineapple chunks • juice of 1 lime • salt to taste DIRECTIONS

1. In base of SuperSonic™ Chopper Extra, add cilantro, onion and jalapeño.

Replace cover and pull cord until finely chopped.

2. Add remaining ingredients in batches and continue pulling cord until well combined. Add salt to taste and serve cold with tortilla chips.
