IT Worksheet This basic worksheet will go through logging in and properly setting up all the accounts you need. These steps are very important. Do not skip them.

1. CONNECT TO SQUARESPACE WIFI a. Select ‘Squarespace’ from the list of available wifi networks. b. Enter your username (B) and temporary password (D) c. Click Continue on the popup. Type your computer’s password and click ok.

2. GOOGLE 2-STEP VERIFICATION a. Login to your Google account using your email address (C) and temporary password (D) and

access your settings by clicking Account under the upper right profile image drop down. b. At the top of the settings page, click Security. c. In the Password box, click setup next to 2-Step Verification. This will bring you to the 2-Step

Verification settings page. You will then see a step-by-step guide which will help you through the setup process. d. Once you are done you will be taken to the 2-Step Verification settings page again. Be sure to

review your settings and add backup phone numbers. e. You’re done! Next time you login you will receive an SMS with a verification code

3. LOCKSMITH a. Go to http://locksmith.nyc.squarespace.net/ b. Login with your username (B) and temporary password (D). c. Click Change Password and follow the directions sent to you in your email.

4. CHANGE YOUR MAC PASSWORD a. Click on the apple icon in the top left corner and choose System Preferences from the drop down

menu. b. Click the Users & Groups preference pane. c. Click the Change Password button located next to your profile image. d. Fill in your new credentials and click Change Password.

5. RECONNECT TO SQUARESPACE WI-FI a. Click on the grid of dots in the upper left of the System Preferences window b. Click Network in the center c. Click WIFI and click advanced in the lower right d. Highlight the Squarespace Guest Network and remove it with the “-� at the bottom of the list. Then

click OK. e. At the top of that window, click Turn Wi-Fi off and wait 5 seconds. Turn it back on. f. Reconnect to the Squarespace network using your updated password from Locksmith. Close

System Preferences.

6. SLACK a. Open Google Chrome again and navigate to http://squarespace.slack.com. Click the Sign in with

Google button. Click allow to grant access to your Google account. You can now sign in the same way with the Slack Application on your Mac. 7. SHIFTPLANNING a. In Gmail, locate the Shiftplanning Welcome Email. b. Use link in email to activate Shiftplanning account. c. Navigate to the Time Clock tab, and click Clock In. d. Select Training and Click on photo in upper right-hand corner and select settings and upload a

picture (you can return to this step later)

8. ZENDESK a. Open Google Chrome and navigate to https://squarespace.zendesk.com/agent/ b. Log in using your Google Login. c. Click allow access in the lower right to allow Zendesk and Google to work together. d. Once you have logged in, click the user icon in the upper right, and log out.

9. ULTIPRO (COMPLETED LATER) a. Open Google Chrome and navigate to https://ew11.ultipro.com (Also linked in Hub) b. Log in using your Squarespace email address for your user name and 8-digit birthdate

(MMDDYYYY) for your password. c. Change your password and add your phone number for 2-factor authentication. d. Save the changes and verify you are able to log in. You can log out once you have successfully

logged in.
