Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. It involves movement and meditation, to promote mental and physical well-being.

Active Living Yoga

This mindful and compassionate style of yoga aims to cater to the flexibility of the 55+ community. Poses will be taught based on abilities of the participants, and will be modified as needed using a chair, wall, block etc. The 55 Activity Centre
