Dans un décor ombragé et verdoyant, nos emplacements camping sont spacieux et souvent délimités par des haies. Vous pouvez disposer d’une large gamme d’emplacements nus pour tentes ou caravanes et camping-cars (avec ou sans électricité).

Stellplätze Unsere Stellplätze sind sehr schattig und im Grünen gelegen. Sie sind grosszügig angelegt und meistens mit Hecken begrenzt. Sie können unter einer breiten Palette an Stellplätzen für Zelte, Karawans und Wohnmobile wählen (mit oder ohne Strom).

Camping emplacements In sheltered and verdant surroundings, our camping emplacements are spacious and mostly bordered with hedges. There is also a large range of emplacements for tents or caravans and camper vans (with or without electricity).

Conditions générales DE LOCATION 2013

1. Pour réserver, il vous suffit de renvoyer le bon de réservation, accompagné de l’acompte, par poste ou par fax. Vous pouvez aussi réserver par le biais de notre site internet: www.camping-la-chapelle.com 2. Au moment de la réservation, nous vous demandons uniquement un acompte (voir BON DE RESERVATION) ; le solde sera à régler à l’arrivée. Pour les locations une caution de 200€ sera demandée et rendue à votre départ, déduction(s) faite(s) des éventuels dégâts et bris de glace observé(s) dans votre location. Les modes de paiement acceptés sont : espèces, chèques, CB (visa - mastercard) et chèque vacances. 3. Aucun remboursement ne sera possible en cas de départ anticipé. Tout résident sur le camping devra être titulaire d’une assurance en responsabilité civile. 4. Frais supplémentaires obligatoires : a) Pour un emplacement de camping : la taxe de séjour et l’éco-participation b) Pour une location : la taxe de séjour, l’éco-participation et le supplé- ment hébergement matérialisé par le bracelet loisirs à partir de la 3ème personne • Taxe de séjour : 0.60€ par personne et par jour pour les plus de 13 ans • Eco-participation : 0.25€ par personne et par jour • Supplément hébergement (matérialisé par le bracelet loisirs) : accès loisirs et activités ainsi que toutes les consommations (eau/gaz/ électricité) de votre location, soit pour 1 adulte : 15€ la semaine, 21€ les 2 semaines et 24€ les 3 semaines et plus ; pour 1 enfant de 9 à 12 ans : 10€ la semaine, 13€ les 2 semaines et 16€ les 3 semaines et plus. Ce supplément est offert avant le 15 Juin et après le 7 Septembre et toute la saison pour les moins de 9 ans. 5. Accès parc aquatique : les shorts et bermudas sont interdits. 6. Les réservations ne peuvent être modifiées qu’au plus tard 6 semaines avant le début du séjour, et dans la limite des possibilités. Nous vous rappelons que les réservations sont nominatives et ne peuvent être modifiées sans l’accord du camping. 7. ANNULATION : Si vous n’avez pas souscrit notre garantie annulation, nous vous rembourserons les sommes reçues minorées d’une pénalité de 30€ et des frais de dossier de 26€ soit un total de 56€ et si votre annulation nous parvient 6 semaines avant le début de votre séjour. Moins de 6 semaines avant le début de votre séjour, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué. 8. GARANTIE ANNULATION : Il est possible de souscrire une garantie annulation : la cotisation est de 3€ par jour, à multiplier par le nombre de jours total de votre séjour. Pour être recevable, l’annulation du séjour doit être notifiée par lettre recommandée ; cette garantie cesse ses effets dès le 1er jour de votre location. Cette garantie annulation vous permettra, ainsi d’être remboursé(e) de toute somme versée, hors montant de la garantie annulation. 9. Votre séjour : Votre location est personnelle et ne peut pas être sous louée. L’arrivée est prévue après 16H le premier jour et se termine le dernier jour avant 10H et de midi à midi pour les emplacements. En cas de non présentation à la date prévue, la réservation sera maintenue 24 heures après l’heure d’arrivée prévue (16h) le premier jour de votre location. Toute location sera limitée à 4 ou 6 personnes selon le modèle loué, et à 6 personnes par emplacement camping : nous consulter pour les cas particuliers. Toute détérioration ou ménage non effectué seront facturés à votre départ. Il est interdit de planter une tente à proximité d’une location. Les barbecues individuels sont interdits. Tout dommage sur des appareils électriques ou autres ne faisant pas partie(s) du matériel mis à disposition dans votre location ne pourra être imputé au camping. 10. La direction du camping se réserve le droit de mettre un terme immédiat à tout séjour, sans indemnité ni compensation, en cas du non respect du règlement intérieur. 11. La responsabilité du camping La Chapelle ne saurait être engagée pour tous inconvénients ou dommages inhérents à l’utilisation du réseau Wifi ou de la réservation en ligne. GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS 2013 1. If you wish to make a booking, please send us a completed booking form accompanied by the stipulated deposit by post or by fax. When you make the booking, we only require the deposit (see BOOKING FORM) ; the balance will be payable upon arrival, with a damage contingency deposit of 200€ which will be refunded at the end of your stay, minus a deduction should there be any damage to your accommodation. Payments can be made by cash, Credit Cards (visa mastercard). 3. No refund will be possible should you leave before your scheduled departure date. Everyone staying on the campsite must have personal insurance cover. 4. Compulsory additional charges : a) For a camping pitch : the local holiday tax and the eco tax. b) For all rental units : holiday tax, the eco tax and all our services relative to the accommodation supplement represented by the activities bracelet from the 3rd person. • Holiday tax : 0.60€ per person per day for everyone aged 13+ • Eco tax : 0.25€ per person and per day • Accommodation supplement (represented by the activities bracelet): access to leisure facilities and activities as well as water/gas/electric consumption for your rental unit. Cost per adult : 15€ a week, 21€ a fortnight and 24€ for 3 weeks; cost per child 9 to 12 yrs : 10€ a week, 13€ a fortnight and 16€ for 3 weeks. In order to receive this, cancellation of the stay must be confirmed by registered post. The cancellation insurance will only reimburse the cost already paid, not including the cost of the insurance. This cancellation insurance ceases to be valid from the first day of your stay. 9. Your stay : Your rental accommodation cannot be sub-let. Your arrival is expected from 4pm onwards on the first day of your stay and departures are to be made before 10am on the last day of your stay. In the case of a no-show, your reservation will be held for up to 24 hours after the stated arrival date and time (4pm). All rental accommodation is limited to 4 or 6 people depending on the model, and 6 people per camping pitch : please consult us beforehand for special cases. Upon departure, you will need to pay for any damage incurred during your stay and any additional cleaning charges. It is not permitted to pitch a tent next to rented accommodation. Individual barbecues are not permitted. The campsite cannot be held responsible for damage to personal electrical equipment or other belongings other than equipment provided in your rental unit. 10. The campsite management reserves the right to ask you to leave without a refund should you infringe campsite rules. 11. The management of campsite La Chapelle cannot be held responsible for any problems with, or issues arising from booking over the internet and the use of our wireless network (WIFI).

ALLGEMEINE reservierungsBEDINGUNGEN 2013 1. Wenn Sie reservieren möchten, ist dies nach Erhalt unserer Broschüre möglich. Bitte senden Sie uns den Mietvertrag vollständig ausgefüllt und unterschrieben zusammen mit der Anzahlung per Post zurück. Nachdem wir Ihren Mietvertrag erhalten haben, senden wir Ihnen eine Reservierungsbestätigung zu. Sie können auch über unsere Homepage: www.camping-la-chapelle.com/de, oder per Fax, mit der Kreditkarte, reservieren. 2. Bei Ihrer Reservierung bitten wir Sie, eine Anzahlung zu leisten (siehe Mietvertrag); die Restzahlung ist spätestens bei Ihrer Anreise zu leisten. Außerdem bitten wir Sie, bei Ihrer Ankunft eine Kaution von 200 € für das gemietete Objekt zu hinterlegen.

Die Kaution erhalten Sie bei Ihrer Abreise, abzüglich der Kosten für eventuell verursachte Schäden und Glasbruch, zurück. Wir akzeptieren folgende Zahlungsarten: Bargeld, Kreditkarte (Visa, Mastercard) und Bankkarte. 3. Bei einer vorzeitigen Abreise erstatten wir Ihnen keinerlei Kosten zurück. Der Mieter ist verpflichtet, eine Haftpflichtversicherung zu besitzen. 4. Zusätzliche Kosten: die Kurtaxe ist für Ihren gesamten Aufenthalt zu entrichten. a) Für einen Stellplatz: Die Kurtaxe und Ökosteuer b) Für alle Vermietungen : Kurtaxe, Ökosteuer, zusätzliche Unterbringungskosten die Sie mit unserem Freizeitarmband erhalten Kostenpflichtig ab der 3. Person. • Kurtaxe: 0,60 € pro Person/pro Tag für Personen älter als 13 Jahre • Ökosteuer: 0.25€ pro Person und pro Tag • Zusätzliche Unterbringungskosten (die Freizeitbarmband): gestatten den Zutritt zu allen Freizeitaktivitäten und decken Ihren Gas-, Wasser- und Elektrizitätverbrauch in Ihrem Mietobjekt. 1 Erwachsener: 15 € pro Woche / 21 € für zwei Wochen / 24€ für drei Wochen 1 Kind (9-12 Jahre): 10 € pro Woche / 13 € für zwei Wochen / 16€ für drei Wochen Diese zusätzlichen Unterbringungskosten sind kostenlos vor dem 15. Juni und nach dem 7. September, und für Kinder jünger als 9 Jahre. 5. Zugang Aqua Park: Hosen und Bermudashorts sind verboten. 6. Sollten Sie Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns terminlich verschieben müssen, so ist dies bis spätestens sechs Wochen vor Ihrer Ankunft, im Rahmen des Möglichen, machbar. Ihre Reservierung ist Nominativ und kann nicht ohne die Übereinstimmung des Campingplatzes geändert werden. 7. Stornierung: sollten Sie unsere Rücktrittsversicherung abgeschlossen haben, wird der von Ihnen bereits bezahlte Betrag zurückerstattet. (Siehe Punkt 7 Rücktrittsversicherung) Sollten Sie jedoch keine Rücktrittsversicherung abgeschlossen haben, erstatten wir Ihnen die von Ihnen erhaltene Summe abzüglich einer Strafgebühr von 30 € sowie einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 26 €, insgesamt 56 €, zurück, sollte uns Ihre Stornierung sechs Wochen vor Ihrer Anreise erreichen. Sollte uns Ihre Stornierung später als sechs Wochen vor Ihrer Anreise erreichen, wird die von Ihnen bezahlte Summe zur Gänze einbehalten. 8. Rücktrittsversicherung: um den in Punkt 6 beschriebenen Problemen vorzubeugen, ist es möglich, eine Rücktrittsversicherung abzuschließen. Der Betrag beläuft sich auf 3 € pro Tag, multipliziert mit der gesamten Anzahl der Aufenthaltstage. Damit Ihre Rücktrittsversicherung in Kraft treten kann, muss Ihre Stornierung per Einschreiben erfolgen. Die Rücktrittsversicherung erlischt mit dem Antritt Ihres Aufenthaltes. Dies gilt für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Die bezahlte Summe wird Ihnen abzüglich des Betrages der Rücktrittsversicherung zurückerstattet. 9. Ihr Aufenthalt: Das von Ihnen gemietete Mobilhome oder Bengali kann nicht von Ihnen untervermietet werden. Die gemieteten Objekte sind am Tag Ihrer Ankunft ab 16 Uhr bezugsbereit. Ihr Stellplatz ist hingegen schon ab 12 Uhr für Sie reserviert. Wenn Sie ein Mobilhome reserviert haben, ist Ihre Abreise für 10 Uhr vorgesehen. Sollten Sie Ihre Reservierung nicht einhalten können oder sollten Sie am Tag Ihrer Reservierung nicht bei uns eintreffen, bleibt Ihre Reservierung für 24 Stunden nach der vereinbarten Ankunftszeit (16 Uhr) aufrecht. Sollten Sie sich mehr als 24 Stunden verspäten, ist es notwendig, uns dies mit zu teilen. Jede Reservierung, sowohl für Mobilhomes und Stellplätze ist auf 6 Personen begrenzt. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns in Ausnahmefällen. Jeder von Ihnen verursachte Schaden sowie eine unterlassene gründliche Reinigung des gemieteten Objektes wird Ihnen vor Ihrer Abreise in Rechnung gestellt. Es ist verboten, ein Zelt oder einen Iglu in der Nähe eines Mobilhomes auf zu stellen. Jegliche Art offenen Feuers oder Grills ist strikt untersagt. Der Campingplatz ist nicht verantwortlich für Schäden an persönlichen elektrischen Geräten, exklusiv die in Mieteinheit verfügbare Geräte. 10. Der/die Mieter verpflichten sich, die Campingplatzordnung zu respektieren und einzuhalten. Andernfalls sieht sich die Direktion gezwungen, Ihren Aufenthalt auf unserem Campingplatz ohne jegliche Kostenrückerstattung und Kostenausgleich unverzüglich zu beenden. 11. Camping La Chapelle haftet nicht für jegliche Problemen oder Schäden, die durch die Nutzung des drahtlosen Netzwerks (WLAN) oder Online-Reservierungen verursacht werden.

U kunt tevens via onze website reserveren: www.camping-la-chapelle.com/nl 2. Wanneer u reserveert, vragen wij u enkel om een aanbetaling (zie reserveringsformulier voor verdere uitleg). Het resterende bedrag wordt in rekening gebracht bij aankomst, evenals een borg van 200€ die u bij vertrek terugkrijgt, mits aftrekking van kosten voor eventuele schade in uw verblijf. De mogelijke betalingswijzen zijn: contant, bankpas (visa en mastercard) 3. Bij vervroegd vertrek is er geen enkele mogelijkheid tot terugbetaling. Iedere klant is verplicht in het bezit te zijn van een geldige verzekering. 4. Extra kosten: a) Voor een kampeerplaats: toeristenbelasting en de ecotaks. b) Voor alle verhuur : toeristenbelasting, ecotaks, de extra huurkosten die worden vertegenwoordigd door de armband, verplicht vanaf de 3e persoon. • Toeristenbelasting: 0,60€ per nacht per persoon vanaf 13 jaar. • Ecotaks: 0.25€ per dag en per persoon. • Extra huurkosten (vertegenwoordigd door de armband): verplicht voor toegang tot alle faciliteiten en activiteiten van de camping evenals het verbruik van gas, water en elektriciteit. Voor volwassenen bedraagt dit 15€ per persoon per week, 21€ voor 2 weken en 24€ voor 3 weken. Voor kinderen tussen de 9 en 12 jaar bedaagt dit 10€ per persoon per week, 13€ voor 2 weken en 16€ voor 3 weken. Dit is enkel voor de periode tussen 15 Juni en 7 September en voor personen boven de 9 jaar. Buiten deze periode en voor kinderen onder de 9 jaar is het gratis. 5. Toegang Aqua Park: kniebroeken en korten broeken zijn verboden. 6. Reserveringen kunnen tot 6 weken voor aankomst gewijzigd worden, indien er andere mogelijkheden openstaan. Uw reserverings is nominatief en mag niet zonder toestemming van de camping gewijzigd worden. 7. Annulering; mocht u onze annuleringsverzekering niet afgesloten hebben en toch uw verblijf willen annuleren, houden wij 30€ annuleringskosten en 26€ reserveringskosten in (een totaal van 56€). Dit geldt tot 6 weken voor aankomst. Na dit termijn van 6 weken wordt niets meer terugbetaalt. 8. Annuleringsverzekering; Het is mogelijk een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten tegen betaling van 3€ per dag (te vermenigvuldigen met het aantal dagen van uw verblijf). De annulering van uw verblijf is alleen mogelijk en geldig als dit wordt gedaan per aangetekende brief. Deze verzekering loopt af bij aankomst. Met deze annuleringsverzekering worden alle kosten, behalve de kosten van de verzekering zelf, terugbetaald. 9. Uw verblijf; Uw verblijf is persoonsgebonden en onderverhuur aan derden is niet toegestaan. Aankomsten zijn vanaf 16u en vertrekken voor 10u voor de verhuur en vanaf 12 uur voor kampeerplaatsen. Mocht u niet op de gereserveerde datum aankomen, blijft uw reservering nog 24 uur geldig, dus tot 16 uur de volgende dag. Onze huureenheden zijn geschikt voor maximaal 4 of 6 personen en onze kampeerplaatsen voor maximaal 6 personen. Voor uitzonderingen raden wij u aan contact met ons op te nemen. Beschadiging en/of niet verrichte schoonmaak zal bij uw vertrek in rekening worden gebracht. Het is niet toegestaan een tent naast uw verblijf te plaatsen. Barbecues zijn verboden. De camping kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor schade aan persoonlijke elektrische apparatuur of andere bezittingen, andere dan apparatuur die in uw accommodatie aanwezig is. 10. Mocht de huurder zich niet aan het reglement houden, heeft de directie van de camping, zonder verdere uitleg, de mogelijkheid een eind te maken aan het verblijf van de huurder. 11. Camping La Chapelle kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor hinder of schade tijdens online reserveren, of bij gebruik van ons draadloos internet (WIFI).
