Kalomer Kalomishak

It is the heritage that we always talk about. A magazine, with a vibrant history, is being revived at the cost of nothing more, but sincere, passionate obsessions.Kalomer Kalomishak, is a humble tribute to a great man, Dr.RameshChandra De, an army doctor, who went to 2nd World War in France, who edited the same with dignity and certitude. Illustrious personalities like Gayatri Devi of Cooch BIhar, the Maharajah of Benares,Pramathnath Bishi, Hemendranath Ray, to name a few, have graced the pages of the magazine, with their witty writings, which had an unmistakable aroma of intellect and sophistication. It would have remained unknown and unfamiliar to the world, a proud familial possession, if such an initiative was not taken upon responsibly. It may not reach the pre-possessed standards of intellectual understanding and creating similar classy readers, but it promises to yeild sheer aesthetic brilliance, if not anything else.
