• Track versions of documents, so that you can see which documents have changed, as well as who changed them. If mistakes are made in a newer version, you can restore a previous version of an item. • Co-authoring enables more than one person is able to work on same document at the same time. • Check in & check Out to enable/disable others from editing document. • Recycle bin to retrieve the file if someone deletes document by accident/unfriendly intention. • Search function by any words in the title/documents. • Require approval for a specific project documents is required before it can be viewed by everyone. • Site mailbox to store emails and documents on a team site to keep track of all the communications. The Exchange 2013 Mailbox is synchronized with a SharePoint 2013 Site Mailbox, this means that you can work with the emails and document through the browser or Outlook. • Customize permissions for a list or even a single list item. This feature can be useful, for example, if a specific item contains confidential information. • Create and manage views for different project groups. The contents of the actual list don't change, but the items are organized or filtered so that people can find the most important or interesting information. • Email Notification helps keep informed about changes that you can receive e-mail alerts when subscribed item changes. • Projects on mobile devices help you to track your project update anywhere, anytime.
