Mr. Sanchez obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, with High Honors, and received his Juris Doctor from UF where he became a member and editor of the UF Law Review. He has practiced law in Sarasota for over 30 years. From 1997 through 2012, Mr. Sanchez also was a managing partner of a real estate development and homebuilding business. He held a certified building contractor license from 2012-2020. Mr. Sanchez represents businesses, owners, contractors and associations in all dispute resolution matters, including litigation and arbitration. Mr. Sanchez is a member of the Florida Supreme Court Business and Contracts Jury Instructions Committee.

MISSION

The goal of Sanchez Law is to provide its clients with an understanding of the law applicable to their contract or dispute, thereby enabling them to make strategic business decisions and accomplish the best possible result.
