CRA (Camera Ready Ad) is submitted as a JPG or PDF file at 300 dpi. Clients needing design assistance can purchase a Design Package ($350) for the SRQ team to design their ad. The design package includes a consultation meeting with the graphic designer and the creation of a single display ad (one size). Requested changes to CRA and/or pick up ads will incur a flat fee of $85 per set of changes.

Materials submitted past the corresponding CRA/ Materials Deadline will incur a late fee of $150, which will be applied to that insertion’s invoice.

PROOFING PLATFORM

Proofing of designed ads and profiles is hosted on the PandaDoc platform. Proofs are provided to clients with two days for review and Approval for Press or Approval with Changes. One round of proofing is included. Subsequent changes after the initial proof will be charged a flat fee of $85/ set of changes.

PAYMENT TERMS + CREDIT

New client accounts will be payable due on contract until credit has been established. Terms: Print advertising invoices are due Net 15 from invoice date. Invoices are generated and transmitted digitally via QuickBooks. A late fee of 3% per month will be added to past due account.s All major credit cards and ACH payment are accepted. WOMEN WHO ROAR AWARDS

We invite the community to nominate women leader in Sarasota and Manatee Counties who have made meaningful contributions t in the areas of business, philanthropy, education, healthcare, arts and culture, hospitality and science and technology. Women are nominated by their peers in the region and invited to submit the Women Who Roar Competition application capturing their capacity for change, leadership style, professional and industry achievements and community engagement. Judges from across the United States jury the applications and identify twelve winners who are inducted as ambassadors into the Leadership Circle.

Each year, judges from around the country jury homes submitted by home builders, architects, landscape architects and interior designers to award the Home of the Year Platinum, Gold and Silver Awards.
