Golden City Hotel in the town of Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar.

For this unique hotel, QC of construction documents and a code analysis of this in collaboration with Spine Architects.

This was the project of choice to work on in the Spine Offices, and a challenge to organize into a readable, buildable drawing set.

A mixed use building with retail the first two stories, condominiums the next six, topped by a two story penthouse.

The client was looking for a better design for the exterior and also to do full design of the new penthouse. Project management of all the construction drawings, administration, in fast tracking the construction in collaboration with Spine Architects.

Lutheran Senior Services MacKenzie Tax Credit Elderly Living Facility HUD Assisted Living, and historic tax credit project adapting the old Afton High School, and seamlessly adding several phased new facilities in collaboration with St. Louis Design Alliance. Construction Documents, Specifications, & Construction Administration work with contractor Altman Charter for Lutheran Senior Services to project completion..

The Gotham Complex in St. Louis, Missouri A 3 story new mixed-use infill development and a 6 story renovation of an existing 68 apartment unit building near the Delmar Loop in collaboration with St. Louis Design Alliance. The new prototype was received well by the area. The infill houses 18 Apartment Units and 6 retails Units below. Design Development, Tax Credit Work, QC Review, Specifications, and Construction Administration, through Close Out .

Lutjens Residence in St. Louis, Missouri The Lutjens project was driven by the need to provide accessible design for changing health needs. The kitchen & bathroom were renovated for wheelchair accessibility.

Larger entry to bathroom, new accessible fixtures, and wheelchair clearances. A bedroom adjacent kitchen was altered to a Great Room but required structural posts to remain to maintain the budget. The column and the open beams became a design feature as part of the modifications.
